James figured it out! 8/28/2017

Rescue Rooter installed a new Noritz tank less water heater, but the hot water was very slow in reaching the various faucets in my house. The plumbing pipes had been re routed several times, by the original installer, but things did not work right until I requested a different plumber. James N. came out and identified the problem, which was that a check valve was installed backwards. He fixed it, and we now have instant hot water. Good job! more

Ray M was excellent. It took several days to clear all oue outside drains. He on time, worked very hard and effectively to dig out s root bound 15 foot section and clear several drains. Our house was rescued 8/4/2017

We had an overflowing toilet which led to discovering roots in our main system. Rescue Rooter was called and handled everything very professionally. I want to mention Joshua who did a wonderful job and was working in 100+ degree heat! I'm grateful for a job well done! Jim G. more

My professional experience with Joshua Holtz and Juan Chajon 7-28-17 7/28/2017

I wanted to express to Rescue Rooter and the supervisors for the professional service I received from Joshua Holtz &Juan Chajon. They were both extremely knowledgeable which helped me to understand what the remedy would be for my plumbing problem. What they said they would do was exactly that, no high pressure sales pitch and I felt they were both being honest with me. You have two good working employees whom expressed much loyalty for your company. I don't write many reviews but I felt that this would be the only way to say thank you so much for completing the job with a smile. I will know who to call whenever I have another plumbing issue. mainline sewer replacement 7/8/2017

Ahmad was the hardest working man I've ever met. Over 100 degrees and he never slowed down and always had an upbeat attitude.The job was completed on time and there was absolutely no mess. I am very satisfied with this company and their crew. more
