Please dont use this company 4/22/2017

They gave a quote and then came back with much higher invoice with "warranty" a week later toilet had same problem and they said "warranty" did not cover the job. I will never call them again more

Rescue Rooter - main sewer line repair with Omar 4/20/2017

Although the after hours was quite unhelpful (run by corporate apparently), the local office was the exact opposite. I had Omar M come out to my house, and the experience could not have been better. Omar was professional, timely, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The Good experience with him (and Jose C) for something that isn't so pleasant when the issue arises. As long as Omar is there, I'll call them again if I need work done. more

David Martin at Rescue Rooter 4/11/2017

David Martin at Rescue Rooter is fantastic. He was very professional and kept the floors and cabinets as clean as possible while snaking back-to-back bathroom sinks. It's a messy job and I'm glad David could clear the drains. My only complaint is that the company scheduled the arrival time was between 3:00 - 5:00, and the actual arrival time was about 5:25. I suppose it's worth the wait, but a better time estimate would have been appreciated. more

Review Superlative Plumbing Work 3/16/2017

The first impression that one gets is that a 4:00 a.m. emergency plumbing service is feasible. Responding to the claim that 24 hour emergency service is often only a ploy because my experience was that this was the only company that responded in vivo at my time of need. The next point is that Jose and Martin were carefully attentive to the details and explained the remedy, informing the best and most prudent resolution of the problem It is a natural consequence that these individuals are schooled in the proper customer relationship because they show great interest and helpfulness. That quality, in my experience, is indeed difficult to find. There is a lot more to say, but the best way to articulate it is that I can attest in person to anyone who wants to discuss this review further. more

Excellent service and very professional 2/6/2017

had a stopped up double sink that needed a snake repair quickly. the response was quick, within one hour and the plumber, Rene, was very courteous and professional and gave an estimate on the spot. the estimate was reasonable and fair. the repair was quick and efficient and I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use Rene again if and when needed. thank you very much Rescue Rooter! more

drain pipe relining 1/31/2017

Marty S. was very professional and informative in explaining the process of the intended work, relining the drain line from the house to the city main line. He followed up during the job to ensure that everything was proceeding as planned. We were very satisfied with the finished product. The workers were very neat and careful about not disturbing the driveway. Would recommend them for this type of project. more

Maurice Saved the Day 12/7/2016

The company itself was a bit screwed up as far as getting the right guy with the right information to my place to fix a faucet issue but the guy who showed up took over the situation, handled the mix up and got my sink working in perfect order. The communication wasn't there but Maurice as well as the other technicians who diagnosed the problem were all great, more
