Jermaine J. as we have come to learn is about the best and most competent HAVC service tech ARS has to offer. In the past we have taken whomever ARS sends out to perform our bi-annual inspections on our HVAC unit. After a couple incidents with other techs (i.e. problems the tech did not notice or did not fix the problem properly), ARS sent Jermaine to follow up on the incidents, needless to say Jermaine resolved the issues. So now we only request Jermaine as he know what he is doing. He is friendly and professional, does a great job and is very competent. He cleans up his work area and respects the cleanness of a person’s home as we have never had to ask him to put on his booties because he has already done so or has them in his hands to put on. more

Dave came out and found the problem right away. He arrived within 30 minutes of the call that I received from office. My air is working perfectly now. Dave also explained everything that he was going to repair; and he is very professional. more

Dave Chapman was the Service Pro that did my a/c tuneup. He was awesome. He took the time to clean my a/c unit where my yard man mowed all of the grass into the unit instead of away from the unit. I am grateful that he took the time to help me. It really took him a very long time and I wanted to you know he did a great job! more
