I'm very grateful that I got this got a tune up. Jon came out and was very professional. He spent quite a bit of time on the roof. He cleaned the roof off and the branches. He also fix the caulking around the chimney. These are things I wasn't expecting so I'm already recommending this to a friend. more

After calling a few other companies, I scheduled an appointment with Arocon for gutter cleaning because I thought the price of $99 sounded very reasonable. I am very happy with the service I received. Ian arrived exactly on time and was very polite. He completed the work requested, which was gutter cleaning. In addition, he nailed down a couple of the gutters that had become loose, and he took care of any leaves that had fallen in the yard during the cleaning. He then gave me a report which indicated the current condition of my roof and gutters. He did not try to sell me anything I don't need, but he did recommend gutter guards. He followed up with me later in the day to make sure I received an email from his company with the estimate for the gutter guards. more

The Arocon technician, Mr. Will Moore, was extremely polite, informative and knowledgeable about the subject. At no point did I feel like he was giving me a hard sell or suggesting that I make improvements that were not entirely necessary. Very pleased with the experience and the technician. more
