Amazing 8/20/2014

Jesse Brossoit, came out and did full roofing inspection. Jesse did my neighbors roofing last saturday and notice w had a few shingles missing on my roof and told our neighbor so we called Arocon andasked for Jesse to come out and fix it. He came out and repaired my roof and showed me pictures of what was wrong. He did a good job for me and when you call Arocon ask for Jesse. more

I do not know where to start I am so impressed I will begain with the customer service I received from Jesse. He was on time, he told me how he was going to do the roof tune up. He looked at the water spots I was concerned about, he looked in my attic to make sure no issues in there needed to be address, and he found the problem area on the roof and explained to me as well as showed me pictures of before he fixed the problem and then after he fixed the problem. I have already highly recommended Jesse to do roof turn-up for family and friends. I will be recommending him at my home association meeting this Thursday as well. Thanks again Jesse for doing such a professional job! more

We are very pleased with our roof tune-up. Our technician was knowledgeable and professional. He repaired the issues we knew we had, and did a thorough inspection to make sure there wasn't anything else we hadn't seen. The price was very reasonable and just seemed fair for the small repair work we needed - unlike other quotes we had received. We will definitely use them again and recommend Arocon to others. more

Outstanding Tune-Up and follow-up explanation of findings 8/13/2014

Jesse Brossoit showed up at our house today, 10 minutes early, ready to go. Checked in at the house and was on top of the roof before we could say, "OK" Non-stop activity all over the roof. It took me a minute to figure out that it was Jesse all over the roof and not three people. Took care of numerous items as listed in the tune up. While on the roof, he carefully pointed out various details- some positive, some that needed work now, others later. Same was true in the attic- where he was kind enough to replace a burnt out bulb, pointed out a fan that was not working. Careful to remove shoes until he was up in the attic. Never bumped anything. Was very courteous. Never tried to sell me anything- just explained what he saw, answered all our questions very patiently, showed us the photos and what could happen and never any scary sell tactics. Absolutely wonderful. more

Detailed and Thorough Inspection!! 8/13/2014

Jesse did a very thorough job of inspecting our roof and made some necessary "fixes"-- he then spent time showing us pictures and explaining what our needs were and how he fixed some minor issues we had (a few missing roof shingles for example). He was very professional and explained what he did so we could understand it!! more

Great Roofing Technician 8/12/2014

My representative was very knowledgeable and seemed to have a lot of roofing experience. He was very articulate in his explainations of thhe situation. I feel as though he didn't use scare tatics however he was very honest about his finndings. This person made me want to consider his company as my choice for roof repairs that were reccomeended. more
