The guys were really great. They worked all day moving and carrying things. We were very impressed with how fast they worked and also what great attention to detail they had. We also had them pack our kitchen and bedrooms. Everything got packed perfectly. They were really nice and friendly. The movers did an excellent job with our move. They were very careful with our furniture and boxes. Everything was wrapped in blankets and they used shrink wrap for our mattress and box spring. Another thing I liked very much was the way that they worked together. Their hard work and professionalism are the best qualities of this company. I highly recommend A-Plus Moving & Storage to anyone who needs a good moving company. Thank You. more

I was really excited to find a moving company in my price range and I have nothing but good things to say about Mike, who books the company's appointments. He was very accommodating and clearly loves his job and the company. Sadly, I have to give a fairly low review because I had some big problems with the foreman/driver that they sent to move me. He never said hello. He complained that there wasn't a lot to move and that it would be a short job. He yelled and swore at the one employee that was trying to be nice to me. They had a fight in the back of the moving truck parked in front of my new apartment. Not really a good way to introduce me to a new set of neighbors... They took all the shelves out of my bookcases to make moving them easier, but they didn't stick around to help put things back together. I guess for the price, this might be expecting too much, but it would have made a nice impression for the company if they had gone to that trouble for me. They did, however, manage to get my beautiful couch into a really difficult second floor apartment. They also hauled my trashed air-conditioner out to the curb for me. I give them big bonus points for these things! If their foreman knew the age-old saying, ""If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all,"" and had kept his internal dialogue to himself, I would have had no complaints. Sadly, he felt that everyone needed to hear his thoughts, including the client that was paying them for the job! more

These guys did a good job and when there were some misunderstandings about the bill, they immediately called and tried to resolve the issues and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. more

This was my first time using movers and what a great experience the A-Plus men made it. They were fast, able to get my sofa into a door that was much too small (""Champ""), and made me laugh. I do not deal with moving well and they took what would have been a disastrous weekend for me and reduced my stress greatly. My furniture was carefully wrapped and unwrapped and they dis-assembled and re-assembled my sofa in no time. I recently moved using A-Plus moving and was blown away by what a great experience it was. I had a very bad experience many years ago with a moving company, so was very nervous about this move. They showed up on time and were the nicest bunch of guys I have ever met. I was sick and they would not let me do a thing. They disassembled and reassembled everything for me. The crew at A-Plus Moving & Storage were great from beginning to end! They showed up on time, managed to pack all of our stuff into their two trucks (I was amazed when I saw the two trucks packed), and got everything off the truck and into the right places. ??They even disassembled and re-assembled our bed and guest room day bed. I thought for sure I was going to have to be bothered with that annoying task. I have hired movers in the past, so I was dreading this experience before it started. But I have to say that within 15 minutes of their arrival, all of my anxiety had been put to rest. These guys were awesome. I will use them in the future for all my moves. My move cost me half of what I expected it too. They are really reasonable rate-wise. And, most impressively although they are paid by the hour they don't dilly-dally like some movers do. The movers were quick, efficient, polite and awesome. A friend of mine recommended A-Plus Moving for my recent move and they could not be nicer or more professional. My move had the chance of playing out in a couple ways. I was definitely moving some stuff, possibly storing some, and possibly donating some. Mike must have answered a million of my questions and scheduled a pretty last-minute move request (one week notice).??Ultimately I decided not to store anything once Mike and I worked out the numbers, but I still used their wardrobes/cases and guys for my move. I found A-Plus moving on the internet. ALL of the reviews were right. The crew showed up on time and carefully moved my 2 bedroom apartment into a house. They did an outstanding job. Just have an idea of what inventory you need moved, i.e. how many boxes, what type of furniture, etc, and then send them the inventory and they quote you an estimate. The key for me is how the movers themselves were very professional, courteous, and efficient. I'd recommend these guys and would use them again. Pros: Best service Cons: none. more

We moved yesterday and the movers were very hard working and carful with the fragile items and keeping the house clean. They were polite, courteous, and well prepared they did a wonderful job and were very professional. I was delighted that we had no breakage or damage of any kind and the job came in right within the estimated time and cost. I used A-Plus Moving when I moved to my condominium in January, and they did a wonderful job moving my possessions into my new home. Three men came to my house and they were constantly working.
