Customer Service Fail 3/20/2012

My 22 year old wife was not admitted to a rated-R movie because she didn't have her ID. Meanwhile a very diverse group of pre-teens walk in with a lady. We had already purchased nearly 20 dollars in concession stand food and they refused to refund our food. (They did refund our tickets.) The manager, Sierra, said that she would need my 22 year old wife's parent or guardian to accompany her if she wanted to watch the movie. This was such a ridiculous experience and we will not be going back. If you want poor customer service at a high price then Rave is the place for you. more

Rave at Jefferson Pointe 10/18/2006

On avg about the same as many other theaters across the nation (other than real high cost of living areas) However with the ticket stub you can use it like a coupon at some of the restaurants or stores. So it makes it a better deal. For the price of what some fast food places might cost you can take your stub to Fox and hounds and get half off on an appetizer. more

Rave - Ft Wayne's #1 Movie Spot 4/15/2006

Rave is consistently advertised as Ft Wayne's most popular movie spot. Generally, I can see why. There are lots of screens and movie times. The theater is large and new, with stadium seats that are comfortable and offer great views. My complaints are parking, which can be really difficult (Jefferson Pointe shopping mall, where the theater is located, is often a difficult place to find parking remotely near your destination). Also, the wait for tickets can be long and is outdoors, making for some cold waits. Concessions are high-priced, but that's true most anywhere. This is a great movie theater to catch the latest flick. more

Always a good time 4/3/2006

I love going to the movies - it's my favorite thing to do with my best friend or my husband. Rave came to FW about 4 years ago. I love their stadium seating and the popcorn is always good too (I'm a popcorn freak!). The theaters are always clean and the temperature is never an issue. My one big beef with them is that the water in the sinks in the ladies rooms is always FREEZING cold. It never seems to heat up. Other than that though, it's a great theater. The ticket prices are reasonable - $5.50 for a matinee and $7.50 for an evening show. And the management is always quick to put the kabosh on unruly or rude patrons. more

It's the place 8/17/2005

The Rave has become the only theatre that I will go to to watch movies. They always have a great selection, many viewing times , and wonderfully comfortable seating. The have a matinee special that save s a few bucks. They also have free refils on the large popcorn, a nice savings for a family that can share. The seating is very nice with lots of leg room and very comfy chair with a wide aisle. The theatres are keep very clean too. more

Family movies and Deals for out of towners!! 7/24/2005

This movie theater has the most comfortable seats ever!! They are able to be pushed back to give you a relaxed feel while watching a movie! The tickets are regular price and after matinee prices are over, students can get a discount with their student id. They also offer near by counties offers of free popcorn to help business. more

Great place 6/16/2005

This is such a nice and new clean movie theater. It has great stadium seating and lots of room for legs and kids. The tickets are priced like other places here in Fort Wayne. The location is perfect not far from I-69 and on the south end of town. It is at the Jefferson Pointe Shopping Mall. We always get great popcorn and soda. more
