AJ Wells Roofing was great. They were not the cheapest but they were the best. Our neighbor had used them and he is very thorough in his research so I trusted his recommendation highly. The team at AJ Wells Roofing was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Everyone was polite which was nice since sometimes you don't get that with people who are working in your home. They were great. They were courteous, pleasant and honest. They weren't the cheapest but I certainly got my money's worth. more

AJ Wells Roofing is very professional. I am very pleased with the work they did and with the workers they provided. They were very good about keeping us informed with what was going on in the process and any weather delays. It turned out beautifully. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Best roofing company in Jacksonville, Florida. 5/15/2013

AJ Wells Roofing was the most outstanding company I have ever hired in the 20 years I've lived in Florida. I was very impressed. The crew worked very hard to put the roof up. Mr. Gus was absolutely wonderful. He was on time and showed up for every appointment. The crew started the job on time and were done in 2 days. It was just simple and easy. I have nothing but outstanding things to say about them. I would highly recommend them. more

Excellent service and materials. The house looks fabulous!!! 5/6/2013

As promised, the materials were delivered on President's Day and the entire job was completed by Friday. All the debris was removed, touch up painting done on replaced trim boards and all old tar paper was removed down to the bare surface of the roof. Damaged/worn boards/sheets of plywood were replaced. I did not have to pay a down payment. I paid in full when the job was completed. Thank you, Gus, for great service. more

The Best in Town roofers 2/12/2013

I found this roofing company online and asked for help. They immediately call me back and then visit me. Jim is the best; he was so patient with me because I was a non believer that they can challenge my Insurance company and get them to pay for a full roof. He did it. Not only he got me a new roof of my chose, he made sure that all of my water damages in and outside of the house were done. How great is that. Jim you are the greatest. I am very happy with the work. It was done in a few days. more

If I had any phone calls, AJ Wells Roofing came right back out. If I had any problems, wanted something changed, or wasn't happy with something, they corrected it immediately. The work, product, and employees are superior. more

The job they provided us with was over and above what we have received from others. 8/30/2012

I talked to a couple companies, and when AJ Wells Roofing came out, they were honest about everything and didn't try to up-sell anything. If we had any questions, they either called us right after or came by to talk to us. They spent a lot of time with us and provided a lot of good customer service. When they put the roof on, they said it was going to take so long, and it took exactly the time they said it would. They did great work, and I thought it was a great experience overall. They spent so much time working with us. When we talked to other people who were recommending them, I thought it was almost too good to be true, but they were spot-on. Rich Damous more

No Hassle. Period. 8/10/2012

I don't have enough superlatives to describe how much I like AJ Wells Roofing. Again, I have nothing negative to say about them. They were superb. They did all the things to make it right, the things that I could have over looked. They made sure the roof was done professionally, and they even did extra work. I needed work on my gutters, so they had their guy do my gutters. I needed a new door threshold, so they did that. They did everything, whatever it was I wanted. They were a class act and very professional. I'd say they more than exceeded my expectations and over-delivered in every aspect of the quality of their workmanship. Again, I can't say enough good things. They are incredible. They are a very valued company, so my experience has been a "Wow!" Man, I'm amazed. Arthur even took care of all the dealings with my insurance off my hands. He and an assistant looked at everything on the roof and took care of dealing with the estimator. Steve Ivey more

Quality roof with wonderful workers. 8/8/2012

I think Chris was the name of the person my husband initially talked to. When he came for the estimate, he was very informative. He explained all the different types of roofing we could go with and what the differences between them were. We had quotes from several different people, and once we did decide to go with AJ Wells Roofing, they were very efficient. They got the job done in the timeline they gave, and the workers did not leave messes all over our yard like some companies do. They were all very respectful, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up when everything was finished, and our roof looks beautiful. more

Highly recommend them! 7/5/2012

I met AJ when I was walking my dog. He was at another house and I really liked his work so we gave him a call and had him do our roof. He has done seven homes in our cul de sac. We're really happy to have found AJ. They had a whole new roof put in our house in two days. They are very professional and it was a great experience. We highly recommend them. more

I highly recommend, they did a very good job on my new roof (vinyl) they have a hard working staff, the guys that did the installation didn't speak english but the supervisor David is always on site any questions he is willing to answer!! Mr. Arthur (the owner)is a hornest and respectable man to do business with, and last but not least Chris is very nice and professional. i will do business with this company again. more

My representative Nathan from AJ Wells Roofing was a really nice guy with such a sweet spirit. I had looked at different companies, but I didn't like any of the people I met. I had looked at a lot of the different roofs in my neighborhood, and found out they had been done by AJ Wells Roofing. After I met Nathan, I was won over. They did a great job. more

My whole experience with AJ Wells Roofing was atleast 5 stars. I had a roofing company I tried to use before AJ Wells that left me hanging with an adjustor, they dropped the ball for months so AJ Wells came in and took care of everything for me. Everything they promised me I got, and they did the entire roof. The pricing was EXCELLENT, they did a great job, AJ is an honest man and there were no surprises working with them. more
