Took care of everything 3/21/2012

Rob came out to my home to replace 4 main water valves. I am very pleased with his work, as well as with AJ Perri. Rob explained everything to me in great detail, worked very hard, took care of the issue, and was very pleasant. I am very happy and satisfied. more

Super Company! 1/16/2012

Bob was such a super guy! He is a vey very nice. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions, which is good because I didn't know anything about my unit. It looks so good and clean now. Normally you just get people who just come in and don?t talk or say anything but not with AJ Perri. more

Outstanding! 9/23/2011

We have had a water heater, and a furnace installed by A.J. ALL of the service technicians, plumbers, and indoor weather experts have been OUTSTANDING! they are honest, VERY professional, and ALWAYS makes us feel comfortable. I would really like to especially regognize Michael Kertesz, Steven Barbiero, and Jeff Schoolcraft. They are appreciated. AJ Perri should hold onto employees like this. They are much too hard to find these days. more

Yikes 9/13/2011

ZERO STARS! Can't speak for the plumbing side of their business since it appears that they feel like they are General Motors and Plumbing is a ""Division"" of theirs the Heating and AC side folks -in particular the Sales guy knows nothing about - why? Likely because they have still not figured out how to charge $5,000 to install a toilet. Long story short they are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for their Heating and Air Conditioning services and no matter how courteous and polite they are I have better use for my money than to overpay for things. We had a Heating and AC system installed at such a ridiculously overinflated price that after rebates and tax credits we were only partly ripped off. Then to add insult to injury they kept working hard at getting us to sign up for an extremely expensive service plan that is 3 times the cost of the one provided by New Jersey Natural Gas company's affiliate company. I would strongly advise that you NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, however if you feel the need to see for yourself then call at least 3 people for quotes before you invite them in for their Pony Show - you will be floored by how much higher these guys come in at. more

I have been very pleased with the plumbing, heating & cooling services I have gotten from A.J Perri. I have tried other plumbers in the past and they have been unreliable. A.J. Perrih as been there whenever I called. From children, especially the 2 year old, putting items down the toilet to leaking toilets to a whole new furnace, AC unit and water heater, A.J. Perri has been there! more

AJ Perri saved me. On new years days during the night around 4 am I heard water running in my home. I was able to turn it off but was worried when I could get someone out to fix it. I called AJ Perri at 8 in the morning and talked to 2 very helpful women who comforted me and were able to schedule an appointment. At around 9:20 a young man showed up and was very professional. He showed me his i.d. and proceeded to my bathroom where he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Even when he was done he gave me his number and told me not to hesitate to call if I had questions. I love the service I received from AJ Perri especially on a holiday to come and address my problem. more

2 techs came out to my house to replace my kitchen faucet. They did a great job and they are good guys! I am very happy with their service! more
