Having relocated from the "Big City" It was so nice to find a new vet in Dr Burley who has a staff who treats you like family and maintains such a high degree of professionalism ...

I came to the airport pet clinic and was treated very poorly. Dr. Terry burley misdiagnosed my dog with a potentially fatal disease. We were heart broken. The cost of surgury was ...

Not sure what to think... 11/29/2009

We have been taking our dogs there for a couple of years now. Vet and staff seemed great. Our dog hated the vet and seemed to like this place more then others. Pros: Vet seems nice and helpful Cons: Front staff doesn't seem to know their job duties more

Our only Vet for 25 years. 5/17/2009

The Airport Pet Clinic has always treated our animals and us as part of their extended family. Personal service and knowledgeable information is always available with any visit or phone call. Dr. Burley was responsible for one of our Great Danes to see 14 1/2 years of life. We have another girl who just turned 12 under APC's care. Our other Girls are 3 and 6 and we expect many more years of companionship from them under Dr. Burley's dedicated careing veternary service. Pros: Personal dedicated service by all. Cons: NONE !!!!!!! more

I wouldn't go anywhere else! 5/1/2009

I breed Great Danes, and I've been taking my dogs to Dr Burley for about 5 years -- and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She's compassionate and confident and involves me in all of my dogs' healthcare decisions, offerring options and choices and taking all the time necessary to make sure I understand. She treats me as an equal, and is open-minded about treatment ideas based on my own research. Dr Burley's willingness to consider my input and experience as a breeder is invaluable. more

Most people who are this upset with a business, usually contact it in person or by phone to notify them of a complaint and discuss the problem. As I, the owner Vet, have no recollection of recently telling someone that their pet was going to die if it didn't get thousands of dollars worth of care, I would like to know who you are to verify the situation as you describe it and to learn from it if possible. more

pet clinic from hell 4/20/2009

I came to the airport pet clinic and was treated very poorly. Dr. Terry burley misdiagnosed my dog with a potentially fatal disease. We were heart broken. The cost of surgury was too much for us to afford and we would have to have our dog put down. We feared the worse but decided to try another clinic for another opinion. It turns out our doggy was in perfect health! Dr. Terry burley at the airport pet clinic devestated us with false claims. We nearly euthanized our dog because of Dr. Burley. She is a sorry excuse for a vet and a horrible person. Don't put yourself through the hell we went through and go to any clinic but the airport pet clinic. more

terrible care for your pet 4/20/2009

dr. Burley will surely tell you your pet is going to die when it's perfectly healthy. Dr burley has a miserable attitude and will rip you off. I got a second opinion and my pet was very healthy but dr burley had decided that my pet needed thousands of dollars worth of care. This place is terrible and dr burley (the owner vet) is mean and out to fill her pockets. Stay away from the airport pet clinic. more

This is one of the BEST clinics in our area! 4/19/2007

The service and staff at this clinic were above and beyond my expectations! From the front desk receptionist, the vet's assistants, and our vet, these people are just wonderful. I would never hesitate to take my beloved pup to them for anything he needs. He's had two eye surgeries done at this clinic and both were done very professionally, and they treated my "baby" like he was one of their own. I'll always go back to them because they showed great care and understanding, both to my dog AND to me, as I was very anxious about the surgeries, but they took the time to explain everything to calm my nerves. They reassured me with the loving care and compassion that they showed to me and my "baby". more

Poor Customer Service / Business 8/22/2006

We have been a loyal customer of the Airport Pet Clinic since 2000. Today we called to make an appointment for our dog after being out of the area. Airport Pet Clinic refused to see us due to a very small past-due bill that was filed in our Chapter 13 Bankruptcy plan for repayment. In a harsh tone, the woman representing Airport Pet Clinic informed me via telephone that our account had been closed and the charge was written off and they would not allow us to return. I offered to pay the past due amount and of course, the vaccination/heart worm check at the time of the appointment, but neither were accepted. Pros: Caring vet and vet assistants. Cons: Disrespectful office staff, poor business practices. more
