Having an alarm system installed in your home would give you a big difference in the way you live. Like me, it really changed my life. Now, I don't get to go out or sleep and worry about our safety. I had a worry-free vacation. Thank you ADT! more

It’s a simple security system 12/11/2010

It’s a simple security system but a little expansive compared to the other home alarm providers. It’s a very standard alarm system that covers the basics: i.e. a keypad, window and door sensors and motion detectors. The motion detector doesn’t work too well with Pets, so the false alarms are a bit high. more

It’s a simple security system but a little expansive compared to the other home alarm providers. It’s a very standard alarm system that covers the basics: i.e. a keypad, window and door sensors and motion detectors. The motion detector doesn’t work too well with Pets, so the false alarms are a bit high. more

Saved my whole family 12/7/2010

ADT's critical conditions system saved my family and house when my 6 year old son Micah tried to cook fries while I was taking a nap. The heat sensor triggered a fire alarm in the kitchen and a fire truck came in time to stop the fire from spreading. more

ADT has the best CSR 12/4/2010

In today's society, rarely does a company provide outstanding service and put the customer first. Well, I would like to thank your representative Carlos Watson for demonstrating extraordinary customer service. I was truly dazzled by the whole experience. Mr. Watson did everything possible to assist me with obtaining the ADT equipment; I was especially impressed that it was no longer about who got the sale but the protection for my home. He demonstrated so much SOUL (service on unbelievable levels). Mr. Watson was wonderful to work with. I was delighted to be on the phone with someone whose knowledge, respect, and sense of humor made this ordeal much less challenging. I was so glad that he was easy to understand and that he was able to explain what caused the problems with the installation and the reason why I could not purchase from Gaylord Securities. Thank you for hiring people like Mr. Watson and having them available to help your customers. He has truly created a fan. more

protecting me and my family 11/16/2010

I've been with ADT Security for almost 4 years.\r My experience with this security company is somewhat good.\r Good in the sense that the system is protecting me and my family.\r The only problem I have with this system is that it sometimes gives false alarms. And the sound is annoying to my hear. more

I owe ADT a lot! thanks 11/4/2010

I just wanted to thank you guys for sending Police to protect my daughter. I purchased your system 2 years ago and last week when my 9 year old daughter was home alone during the day time. She saw a guy trying to break-in from our patio door. My daughter got scared and ran towards the keypad. She pressed the Police panic button on the keypad. Siren went off and intruder left without entering my house. ADT sent Police and Police arrived in 3 minutes. ADT also notified me at my work. I got home after 20 minutes and when I arrived at my home, I saw Police officer were waiting for me. I thank you so much for quickly sending Police to protect my daughter. more

Don't choose ADT 11/2/2010

All I wanted to do is to change my credit card number. It took about three months (if it has been fixed, I am not sure as of now). I spoke with 6 different people. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Don't use ADT under no circumstances. they are absolutely the worst. They are scammers and they have the worst customer service you will ever experience anywhere in the world! From the bottom of my heart, avoid the aggravation and unnecessary waste of time. money and more importantly peace of mind! I have been dealing with a very simple billing issue. more

I left my old security company and joined ADT because I was tired of the bull. ADT has been a far better experience. I like the chime feature that lets you know when your doors are opening and closing. more
