The installer who came and installed our security cameras taught us how it works. He also taught me and my husband simple troubleshooting in case some minor problem would arise. Thank you! He's such a good guy! more

I decided to get ADT a few months ago after increased crime in my community. I called on a Tuesday and the installer was there on Wednesday. I had a few false alarms as I got used to the system, but the staff was always courteous and nice to me, no matter what! more

My experience with ADT Alarms is like a breath of fresh air. I have not experienced worrying about my families safety nor my house. I know that ADT will be there in times of danger. Their costumer service is also great! They treated me with respect when I tried to ask them about something. Keep going ADT! more

I have my new ADT Security system installed. My brother suggested ADT and so far I am exceptionally happy with the service. I would say that when it comes to home security and safety of our family and our possessions it’s better to check for the value you get for your asset. It’s better not to take chances with things which are inimitable. more

I had ADT for years, but dropped their service. When I first got the alarm system about 10 years ago, as soon as the alarm sounded (twice in 10 years), ADT would telephone me immediately to see if I was o.k. When the alarm went off not very long ago, it took over 5 minutes for ADT to telephone me. After waiting and not hearing from them, I myself telephoned 911. After a few minutes more, ADT finally telephoned. I could have been dead by the time they called. I also understand that if ADT cannot contact you, they telephone the second number on the list, asking them to check, and then they call the police. By that time, my house would have been cleaned out, or I could have been attacked. When my contact expired, I did not renew. They used to be such a good company. more

Security Choice has an A+ rating from the BBB (why I called). Now I know why! I called on Tuesday and they were able to get someone out to my house on Wednesday (next day). Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff! more
