I am leaving ADT because they have cost in false alarms fees for the last time. The alarm went off I turned it off...but the police were still called...I called and asked them to turn back the police. They asked me for my code - I couldn't remember exactly and gave them my code - I knew it was either code100, 101, 102 etc...it had been 7 years...anyhow I gave them the right code. they then asked for the code AGAIN...I went through the same exercise and they said that wasn't good enough. THEY WOULD NOT CALL OFF THE POLICE. I end up with a 100 dollar fine and they will not reimburse me. Therefore they will lose the future stream of income ~500 dollars per year for the next 20-30 years. Not good more

Nowadays, you can never be sure about home security. Having a home security system installed in my home is a good investment to protect my property and loved ones. ADT offered great packages that suit my budget. I am very satisfied with their product. I just had a problem when I called their company for inquiry. I hope that you will be more prompt in answering your phone calls. Thanks! more

We signed up the deal with ADT on March. But until May they couldn?t install their system for us. First the man came to install it, and found the system to be malfunctioning and fixed an appointment after two days. We waited the whole week, but nobody turned up. more

In today's society, rarely does a company provide outstanding service and put the customer first. Well, I would like to thank your representative Carlos Watson for demonstrating extraordinary customer service. I was truly dazzled by the whole experience. Mr. Watson did everything possible to assist me with obtaining the ADT equipment; I was especially impressed that it was no longer about who got the sale but the protection for my home. He demonstrated so much SOUL (service on unbelievable levels). Mr. Watson was wonderful to work with. I was delighted to be on the phone with someone whose knowledge, respect, and sense of humor made this ordeal much less challenging. I was so glad that he was easy to understand and that he was able to explain what caused the problems with the installation and the reason why I could not purchase from Gaylord Securities. Thank you for hiring people like Mr. Watson and having them available to help your customers. He has truly created a fan. more

We had ADT for 10 years. On August 14, 2008, a fire destroyed our house. While the ADT hourse alarm went off, our system never contacted Central Station (even though Central Station called the house five days prior to the fire to let us know that one door sensor was not working!), and thus the fire department was never called by ADT. ADT claims no liability. Update: Our house has been rebuilt and we switched to Guardian. more
