Keep Protected 12/7/2010

I decided to install a security system especially security cameras in my home when someone tried to climb and tried to break into my house. Luckily, I heard something and woke up. I called my husband and we called the police. I hope that ADT will keep my family and I protected. more

help me out with security issues 11/10/2010

I have experience with 3 alarm companies so far. The first 2 were two local companies and the third one was a big shot in Canada. I lost my faith in security companies. I had a huge loss of money and time. ADT Security is the only company who could help me out with my security issues. They were with me through thick and thin. One thing I would like to state is their quality of systems. It?s going to be 2 years since we joined this company. There was never a real problem for the system. more

I have been employed by ADT for the past 20 years, the last 14 as an Commercial Installer. During my career I have seen some people that weren't interested in customer service or taking responsibility for their actions. I can honestly say that the crew I install with is a very diligent,talented,and experienced team. We will do what it takes,whether it's to crawl thru you dirty,damp crawlspaces,tight claustrophobic attics or to work in your office,lab or any other area while trying to minimize the disruptions to your daily business functions. I understand that many horror stories have been told, just try to keep in mind that the installers are on the front line and are trying to do the right thing. more

ADT is the best! 10/26/2010

ADT does not outsource their monitoring like most other do. They have 5 different monitoring centers around the US, and boast that they have the quickest response times, and smallest amount of false alarms because of their great monitoring and products. more
