I saved $250 with the home security system I just had last week. I love the system and it is very easy to learn. I recommend this system to everybody.

Worst

I really had problems with my bills. It is increasing and I do not know why. I ask for explanations but it was never clear to me.

We had an ADT alarm system installed last month. Installation was done well and the alarm service is working perfect. We love the chime feature that lets us know when the kids are coming and going. I never thought I would come to rely on this system so quickly. more

monitored 24 hours a day 11/17/2010

I called up and had ADT Security system installed in our home. One of their feature is that the home is monitored 24 hours a day through the installed system and in the event of an emergency, the system will transmit a signal to one of ADT's eight monitoring centers. WOW! I just hope that when the time comes when we need ADT, they'd be there just like what they said. more


ADT is the wrong security company 11/3/2010

ADT's installation billing is a scam. I had a previous alarm and ADT took over the monitoring and used much of the equipment. They charged me for an outside sounder, but never installed on because my old one worked fine. Technician said it wouldn't be a problem - just call for a refund on that pieco of equipment. Not a problem - what a joke! $ seperate calls over two months providing every detail of information, the only responses ADT gives are that they are ""looking into it"" and that a credit had been submitted, but it takes a month to ""process"" - what rubbish! They could simply credit my credit card that day. To all who are shopping ADT versus Broadview - If I had to do it again I would go with Broadview (or anybody else!) This is the type of lousy service you can expect from ADT! more

great alarm 10/30/2010

In our country, home invasions are on the rise which costs the residents a huge loss of personal property and in most cases their own lives too. There are gangs of criminals of any age range everywhere, with advanced and the most safest means to invade our homes. For these reasons i became an ADT customer 5 years ago. And i would say that they are a wonderful gang of soldiers to safe guard my house (same for my neighbors). Why i say this is because, through out the period, they have come up with different strategies of securing my home, which is in pace with the advancement of the crooks out there. They have great alarm and security technology! more
