ADT is the best company when it comes to security. They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!! what do you expect? ADT is securing the White house, The Pentagon, and Fort Knox!! Everyone i have talk to that has ADT (about 100 people) has the same feeling about this great company. remember, people only like to talk when they have a bad experience, very seldom do people share their good ones. Thats the only reason these other reviews are bad, not because ADT is a bad company by any means. more

They are one of the best companies that is offering security services and I think that we have got a really good deal, and the services are also very commendable. ADT home alarm is a terrible service. At one point we were comfortable with the service. One of their representatives came 2 months back to upgrade their system and then the system started having troubles. That day itself the alarm turned on without any provocation. more

My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers. more

The worst alarm company in US maybe in the world they just keep charging your account for ever even after u cancel the service with them.Very bad choice for business owners.Piece of advise don't sign up for automated payment this guys will take money out your account even few years later. ADT SECURITY *** PRETTY BAD...They will never send u cancellation notice SO u will never get your refund back ever especially when they take over American counter force they been surprising the costumers will all kind of ridiculous charges.Stay a way from this company.:-( more

I was recommended to MHB Security by my brother. My brother had purchased an ADT system and he was happy about the deal so I checked their website. They seem to offer lot more ADT equipment then any other company in GTA,. I also had checked on BBB site and found that MHB Security has been in business for the last 10 years and has a highest A+ customer satisfaction rating. They had great reviews on internet by their previous customers so I called them and got their two-way wireless system. Their sales manager and their installer was very professional. The only problem was that appointment was not available the day I wanted, but it was available next day. I think they need to hire more people if they are very busy. Other then that, I am very happy that I got an ADT system with them. more
