Great guy from ADT who installed our security cameras! He arrived this Monday on time! Knowing that last week was a busy week, he arrived as scheduled. Great!

Worst

They are not good. very expensive and the customer service is really bad. I have to cancel mine. I called once and all they have to say is we will check into it.

BTW, I have OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and a little paranoid. Me having ADT Security really helped me a lot. I was browsing through the internet and learned about ADT pulse. I think I'll have mine upgraded. Thanks ADT! more

best house protection 11/4/2010

Whenver the alarm goes off accidentally though the monitoring center always does call to see if any help is needed. They are very reliable with doing that. The issue with the alarm possibly going off keeps me very vigilant as to what is happening and making sure I keep all my doors completley shut. more

Bad experience with ADT 11/1/2010

Watch this story about what happened to me and see what you think about ADT now. This company took advantage of me and put my home at risk - they were the cause of my home being burglarized and I will never trust their company again! I can't believe the deliberate disreguard to my safety. ADT does not proactively monitor your system - if your system fails to send a signal when there's a break in then tough cookies for you! ADT does not watch your system every 5 min like you would think they would. more

ADT will treat you right 10/28/2010

ADT has been so good to me over the years, I just had to write a review to applaud them. Often times online reviews can be so negative. But ADT has always treated me right. more
