Thank you for installing our ADT home security system. The installer did a good job and he was informative while funny. Good guy!

Worst

The contract is nothing. They do not even adhere to what they say in there and their equipment is the worst I have even seen. I thought my property was protected, but its not.

It?s a simple security system but a little expansive compared to the other home alarm providers. It?s a very standard alarm system that covers the basics: i.e. a keypad, window and door sensors and motion detectors. The motion detector doesn?t work too well with Pets, so the false alarms are a bit high. more

Would recommend!! 12/7/2010

The monthly monitoring fee is reasonable given what you get - I received the $100 Visa Reward Card from Security Choice which paid for the installation fee. Would recommend. more

My three years with ADT 12/4/2010

I have used ADT Security for the past three years ever since I have had my home. This service is a good deterrent for criminal activity. Even just having the sign up is a deterrent to home invasions and burgularies. more

Useless Contract 11/24/2010

Great Security Service 11/16/2010

Before I had my ADT Security System, I was hesitant to leave my kids at home when I'm at work. I am a single parent and nobody except for my mother could watch over my kids. more

highly recommend 11/4/2010

Julio Duran, the technician assigned to install our alarm system was an absolute delight to work with. He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and worked in a timely and professional manner. He was very thorough in explaining our alarm system. I would highly recommend Julio and Top Safety Security Inc. on behalf of ADT alarm to anyone interested in installing a secruity system in their home or office. more

ADT does not care if they loose customers. They would rather enforce contracts, even when a company goes out of business and has to cancel service, they will not transfer the service, they will insist on collecting the balance on the contract. It is difficult to contact the appropriate customer service agent and difficult to work with in general. Their attitude is extraordinarily apathetic with their clients and I am glad to have severed their service. Their level of integrity is extremely low and undesirable to do business with. I am amazed they have managed to stay in business as long as they have. more

Very Professional 10/29/2010

They came right out to do an estimate, were very thorough, and came back promptly the next day with a ladder to look at our control panel, which was placed above our ceiling tiles. He also quickly gave us a quote, and followed up a few days later. I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness I love my new alarm system. more
