The person who came to my house gave me a very reasonable price on my home security system. The installer who came here was nice as well. He was really good at talking. Good job!

Expensive and low quality. Definitely not the right security system for anybody.

It’s a simple security system 12/11/2010

It’s a simple security system but a little expansive compared to the other home alarm providers. It’s a very standard alarm system that covers the basics: i.e. a keypad, window and door sensors and motion detectors. The motion detector doesn’t work too well with Pets, so the false alarms are a bit high. more

Would recommend!! 12/7/2010

The monthly monitoring fee is reasonable given what you get - I received the $100 Visa Reward Card from Security Choice which paid for the installation fee. Would recommend. more

My three years with ADT 12/4/2010

I have used ADT Security for the past three years ever since I have had my home. This service is a good deterrent for criminal activity. Even just having the sign up is a deterrent to home invasions and burgularies. more

Great Security Service 11/16/2010

Before I had my ADT Security System, I was hesitant to leave my kids at home when I'm at work. I am a single parent and nobody except for my mother could watch over my kids. \r A friend of mine told me about ADT and I immediately searched it up the internet and found great things about their system.\r I've been with ADT Security for a year, no encountered HUGE problems and no plans on disconnecting whatsoever. \r Great security service! more

no service 11/2/2010

System installed in May,2010. Moved into home 8/2010 - system not working. Many service calls - equip still not working. Now we are waiting on parts. I received a refund after many calls, but without the tax included. Called about the refund for the tax - poorly trained customer service person stated they don't refund the tax, because you used the service. What service? Five months no service, every month they take the charge out of the bank account. Will not allow you to speak to a supervisor. This company is nothing but a rip-off. more
