its the best option! 1/2/2012

I wanted an alarm I could trust so I went to the biggest name. No way I could fit an alarm myself so an installed burglar alarm was the only option. The monitoring feature is great for peace of mind. All installed for only ?99 plus ?20.99 a month. The ADT installer check I was happy using the system before he left too. more

Many thought that alarm systems like this is a fraud. But for me, this is really important especially if you have kids at home. You do not want to put their lives at risk while you are away from home. And the best company to sign with is ADT. more

receiver is working great 8/23/2011

I'm proud to own one of the first ADT-200A. I could test the transceiver in the last days and it's really revolutionary.Some options don't work at the moment, but the main thing, the receiver works really great. This are not very technical statements, but all technical datas are on the webpage of HB9CBU (www.adat.ch). It needs some further development in userinterface but this concept is really worth to have a look on it. more

Sometimes people have to make choices and the best for a home security is ADT. I am a loyal customer for 5 years now and I agree that there are times that they fell short on their services. But what company does not faults anyway? there is none. ADT is very reliable and always fuctional. more

Very easy to use and quick installation 12/7/2010

I was able to get the system installed next day which was very important to me. The installer got the system in my townhouse pretty quickly and gave me a tutorial on the keypad. Keypad is easy to use. more

My three years with ADT 12/4/2010

I have used ADT Security for the past three years ever since I have had my home. This service is a good deterrent for criminal activity. Even just having the sign up is a deterrent to home invasions and burgularies. more

I had my ADT Pulse Interactive tool a few weeks ago. I feel relaxed now whenever my family would go on a vacation. This tool really helped me a lot since it arms or disarms your security system when you?re not at home. Calling out all families who love to go on trips, I recommend you to go get one! Go ADT Security! more

too much billing 11/3/2010

ADT is my second alarm company and they are terrible. I have had nothing but headaches right from the begining. They didn't set my account up correctly. They overcharged me for my monthly fee. The alarm system lost all it's programming for some strange reason and no one could fix it over the phone so they sent a technician out for $200. A supervisor told us that it would be no charge and two weeks later we get a bill for $216.00. We called the corporate office and they claim that we need to talk to the local office. We call the local office and get voicemail. Additionally, ADT sent us a bill after the first year of our contract saying they were raising our rates. Even though we have a contracat stating a certain price. They are ripoff artists. more

Nothing bad to say 10/29/2010

I read other negative reviews other places online, but my parents have used ADT for years, and they've never had anything negative to say about them, so I gave them a shot. So far, ADT has treated me with courtesy and respect as a customer. They have excellent security equipment to boot. more
