Clear Video 12/6/2010

I'm new to having security cameras in my house. I got ADT's camera 2 weeks ago and it's good so far. The quality of the video is super clear even at night. more

I received a call from one of the ADT sales reps. Not friendly at all and get this when he asked if I owned our home or rented...and I said rented he hung up on me...professional company...I think NOT. If I did want security I wouldn't use them!! more

I feel secured 11/9/2010

I’m a businessman and my office is at home. I should protect my employees, my assets and of course myself. That’s why I subscribed to ADT Security. It’s been 2 months and I feel secured with it. more

business level has almxhost eausted me. 11/7/2010

The two years I have been dealing with these people on a personal and business level has almxhost eausted me. The different departments do not appear to communicate, so everything must be repeated over and over again. I gave notice on my contract within the first year, but I am stuck for several more yet. They reach a level that takes your breath away. more

Not only do I feel safer with my ADT security 11/4/2010

Not only do I feel safer with my ADT security, but I was able to also reduce my homeowner’s insurance by over $200 per year. The installation was pretty painless and now I feel secure and save money all at the same time. more

Do not waste your money and security on ADT. 10/29/2010

Do not waste your money and security on ADT. You spend more than a $1,000 getting set up, then you pay a monthly fee of $29.95. Within six months the sensors begin to fail and you get nuisance alarms. When you complain, ADT tells you it's the batteries. You replace the batteries at $6 each with no effect and ADT tells you it's still the batteries . . . They offer to come out and check your sensor and fix them for about $185 each. Then you start turning off "zones" to stop the nuisance alarms. Finally when you've had enough and cancel, they skin you for another month's fee -- the 30-day notice provision. In brief, ADT's technology is shoddy and their business practices are abusive. more

ADT is for my family 10/25/2010

ADT's critical conditions system saved my family and house when my 6 year old son Micah tried to cook fries while I was taking a nap. The heat sensor triggered a fire alarm in the kitchen and a fire truck came in time to stop the fire from spreading... more
