We had our security cameras installed yesterday. I am new to having security cameras and this made me excited. The installer came on time and he was efficient and professional in doing it. more

My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers. more

I had ADT Security for a while and I am so happy that they responded quickly even if it was just an accident. This company really is reliable. more

Todays ADT installer did a wonderful job installing our alarm system and explaining how to operate our new system. more

I am so disgusted with ADT right now, if I would have been notified that they merged with Brinks/Broadview I would have found a new company earlier. This orning our alarm starts beeping at 5 am saying that we have a communication problem. They will send someone out on Thursday, excuse me no I want this fixed now. So now they tell us switching phone providers has caused this problem, we switched 6 months ago and we are just getting notified now that it is not working, so apparently it has not been communicating with them for 6 months and I have been paying. I asked that they tell me when the last time I activated my system? They could not tell me that, only the last time it went off. Okay so if you are monitoring my home, why would you not call and tell me that the system is not communicating. Been a customer for 13 years and I now do not feel safe in my home because they are not monitoring it the way it needs to be monitored. Thank god I put my own camera systems in and not their camera system. I just wasted $240 on something that was not working, and now they want to bill me $90 to come out and fix this. Company is a bunch of crap. They are out to make money not help you feel safe. more

In our country, home invasions are on the rise which costs the residents a huge loss of personal property and in most cases their own lives too. There are gangs of criminals of any age range everywhere, with advanced and the most safest means to invade our homes. For these reasons i became an ADT customer 5 years ago. And i would say that they are a wonderful gang of soldiers to safe guard my house (same for my neighbors). Why i say this is because, through out the period, they have come up with different strategies of securing my home, which is in pace with the advancement of the crooks out there. They have great alarm and security technology! more
