Whenver the alarm goes off accidentally though the monitoring center always does call to see if any help is needed. They are very reliable with doing that. The issue with the alarm possibly going off keeps me very vigilant as to what is happening and making sure I keep all my doors completley shut. more

ADT Security System is reliable and trustworthy. The reason why I am saying this is because I've been with this system for 10 long years. My house and family is safe with this. I don't know what to do if ADT isn't here. Thank you ADT! Call ADT now! There's no time to waste. more

too much problems! 11/3/2010

I recently signed up with ADT and am satisfied with their installation and service thus far. While in the process of deciding providers I requested multiple quotes. I am really upset with the way APX operates. Since requesting the quote they been hounding me and tried to pressure my wife into believing we signed a contract. What a bunch of high pressure jerks; I would steer clear of this company. The reason I backed away from them was because of their completely one-sided contract terms. I advise staying away from APX even for a quote! more
