Whenever I am at work I feel safe and at the same time enjoy my work since ADT security cameras are there to secure and protect my home from unwanted danger. It had it for already 3 months and the services' quality hasn't changed. more

ADT alarms system offers many things and but in my experience delivers the least. The amount I had to pay for the company for being their customer is $8000, not for their service, but for giving some space for their damaged system in my home. The first time that I informed them about the issue, I was tutored how my apartment's power supply has indirectly damaged the system. I had to pay for the replacement, which was the one suited for the building (as I was informed later). But when the same happened again, I was informed the system is not compatible unless I correct the apartment issue. Only 2 stars for this company. more

Do not be fool by ADT. They only need your money. The service and the people working for them is not even concerned that you have paid for everything and their system is just really bad. more

I am really upset 11/1/2010

I recently signed up with ADT and am satisfied with their installation and service thus far. While in the process of deciding providers I requested multiple quotes. I am really upset with the way APX operates. Since requesting the quote they been hounding me and tried to pressure my wife into believing we signed a contract. What a bunch of high pressure jerks; I would steer clear of this company. The reason I backed away from them was because of their completely one-sided contract terms. I advise staying away from APX even for a quote! more
