Saved $1500 for the entire year. Where else can you get a good savings like this for a home security system? this makes ADT different from other alarm systems.

I do not have this system but based on the testimonies I have read, you are just bad. Better pull your company off the rack!

Finally decided to have a ADT QuickConnect burglar alarm system installed in our home. We found a deal online from Quicksafe that gave us a free door detector worth £89.00 so we were help please as this was the system we had at the top of our short list. The booking, installation and using of the system was and is simple. As well as the extra door detector we also added two more PIR movement detectors for additional rooms. more

Hi there, I actually don't have enough history with ADT to give a real review of there alarm system but I wanted to say that I just got an alarm system installed and my first impression was that if there installers are anywhere near the service then I feel great! more

The installer of our security cameras from ADT was very professional. He was even the one who set up the internet gateway and router. He was also very informative. more

won't let you down 11/16/2010

I had ADT Security Cameras installed yesterday and the installation was quick(I mean it didn't take 3 hours or more). Even if it was a little off my budget, I trust that this system won't let me down. Thanks ADT! more

ADT is the best company when it comes to security. They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!! what do you expect? ADT is securing the White house, The Pentagon, and Fort Knox!! Everyone i have talk to that has ADT (about 100 people) has the same feeling about this great company. remember, people only like to talk when they have a bad experience, very seldom do people share their good ones. Thats the only reason these other reviews are bad, not because ADT is a bad company by any means. more

We had an ADT alarm system installed in June. Installation was done well and the alarm service is fine, but the billing is terrible. They can't get it right. They make the mistake and the start calling for payment three times in two days and this is after they were paid. They were suppose to that the payment automaticly from a credit card. I just got another bill that states I'm late. I'm just about ready to cancel their service. more
