I got used to the system 5/11/2011

I decided to get ADT a few months ago after increased crime in my community. I called on a Tuesday and the installer was there on Wednesday. I had a few false alarms as I got used to the system, but the staff was always courteous and nice to me, no matter what! more

Amazing as always 4/30/2011

You are just amazing. I thought i will be wasting my money but it was worth it. I should tell you that you should choose ADT over the other alarm systems. more

Security-Its ADT 4/14/2011

ADT is the best company when it comes to security. They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!! what do you expect? ADT is securing the White house, The Pentagon, and Fort Knox!! Everyone i have talk to that has ADT (about 100 people) has the same feeling about this great company. remember, people only like to talk when they have a bad experience, very seldom do people share their good ones. Thats the only reason these other reviews are bad, not because ADT is a bad company by any means. more

I can sleep better with my home security system. It was installed last week. The installer came as said and he was very informative. I hope I won’t meet any problems in the future. more

Appreciated the level of customer service 4/7/2011

I really appreciated the level of customer service I got when I requested a quote from ADT for the small business I work for. They came right out to do an estimate, were very thorough, and came back promptly the next day with a ladder to look at our control panel, which was placed above our ceiling tiles. He also quickly gave us a quote, and followed up a few days later. I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The representative's name is James Genereaux. more
