ADT have more features like the digital keypad, the keychain remote access, the three point protection, high siren, and infrared interior motion detector. Unlike other companies, ADT offer affordable upgrades for these. more

I have my new ADT Home Security System installed. Actually, my friends and relatives suggested ADT. And so far i am extremely happy with the service. I would say that when it comes to home security and safety of our family and our possessions its better to check for the value you get for your PAYMENT. more

Professional Installers 12/7/2010

Our installer was very professional and answered all our questions. The installation literally took about 1 hour to complete and was completely seamless. I now highly recommend ADT to all my friends and neighbors. more

assist me with obtaining the ADT equipment 11/4/2010

Mr. Watson did everything possible to assist me with obtaining the ADT equipment; I was especially impressed that it was no longer about who got the sale but the protection for my home. He demonstrated so much SOUL (service on unbelievable levels). Mr. Watson was wonderful to work with. I was delighted to be on the phone with someone whose knowledge, respect, and sense of humor made this ordeal much less challenging. I was so glad that he was easy to understand and that he was able to explain what caused the problems with the installation and the reason why I could not purchase from Gaylord Securities. Thank you for hiring people like Mr. Watson and having them available to help your customers. He has truly created a fan. more

Headache! 11/2/2010

ADT is my second alarm company and they are terrible. I have had nothing but headaches right from the begining. They didn't set my account up correctly. They overcharged me for my monthly fee. The alarm system lost all it's programming for some strange reason and no one could fix it over the phone so they sent a technician out for $200. A supervisor told us that it would be no charge and two weeks later we get a bill for $216.00. We called the corporate office and they claim that we need to talk to the local office. We call the local office and get voicemail. more
