I asked that they tell me when the last time I activated my system? They could not tell me that, only the last time it went off. Okay so if you are monitoring my home, why would you not call and tell me that the system is not communicating. Been a customer for 13 years and I now do not feel safe in my home because they are not monitoring it the way it needs to be monitored. Thank god I put my own camera systems in and not their camera system. I just wasted $240 on something that was not working, and now they want to bill me $90 to come out and fix this. They are out to make money not help you feel safe. more

ADT is a company that provides great service and excellent value for your money. It's not hard to figure out why they're America's leading home security provider. You will always find what you need with ADT, as it has a system to suit all homes and budgets. We had Dad's home wired by ADT with motion sensors so we could monitor his movements via my computer and he also had the wrist button. It was the only way he could be in his own home until he was 96. more

Few false alarms 3/7/2013

Yes there were a few problems with false alarms at first and a dead battery after 3 weeks that was supposed to last 5 years, but once all that was worked out things have been great. The cost actually wasn't bad for all the large numbers of motion detectors, door, and window things we had them install. I actually love having it and find it really easy to use. more

wireless package! 3/3/2013

My friend Ali had a burglar in her place last week. I never realized that she would be a victim of such crime. But thank God, she was not harmed and thanks to ADT for sending the alarm very quick. So we decided to purchase ADT's wireless package is really cool. I cant ask for more from this company. By just providing services from installation, to repairs, to customer service,,, they are number 1. more

ADT's critical conditions system saved my family and house when my 6year old son Micah tried to cook fries while I was taking a nap. The heat sensor triggered a fire alarm in the kitchen and a fire truck came in time to stop the fire from spreading..." more

7 years with ADT 2/24/2013

ADT has been great to my family for over 7 years. We had one break-in within that time and ADT literally saved our lives. If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companies its apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company. more
