We didn’t realize that ADT offered video surveillance products too and we added a camera so that we could confirm that our teenagers got home safely after their school activities. more

Every time you hear about home alarms you immediately think of ADT. Why? Because they are the largest, most well respect monitored alarm service in the industry. The company and its staff’s record is impeccable and that is because they have proven continuously that if a burglary occurs that there is a live person their to immediately be certain the police is notified and on their way to protect you and your loved ones. more

Immediately after the Installation the sales rep miscommunicated the contract details. The company told me that there is no Contract as such but the rep told me that I am under a 3 year contract.. The sevice is just very low and bad people. Do not waste you money with ADT. more

ADT home security systems have consistently proven that they are a step ahead of the rest. There's not another business that provides the dependability and quick response time of ADT. You should look at the ADT products offered to see how this would help you today. This is definitely the number to use live person as soon as "0" was pressed. more

I have had ADT since August 2003 and love them! They call immediately when the alarm goes off. They are very responsive. They come out quickly to change batteries. I have never had any problems with them. Just wish they were a little less expensive. more

Great benefits, direct management was very positive and supportive. Lots of outside sales tools and freedom. You get back as much as you put into it, if if you understand the processes and are self disciplined about the sales process. Fix the commercial install side of things, please. It was a mess and wasted a huge amount of time that cut into selling. more

Functional System 8/17/2011

I had ADT home security system installed in my first home back in 2001 and chose them again for my second home this year. The service was great. They took the time to explain options over the phone and were able to schedule and install the day that I needed it. The technician was very professional, clean, and had the alarm system installed and functional as promised. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an alarm system. more

I realized, 5/14/2011

After watching the news about all the different mom and pop alarm company's in town here the obvious choice for me was ADT. Alot of these alarm company's didn't even have a license to sell alarms. That was disturbing. Also alot of them are using out dated equipment. ADT has been doing this for over 130 years so I think they know what they are doing by now. more

Reliable as always! 2/25/2011

We had an ADT alarm system installed last month. Installation was done well and the alarm service is working perfect. We love the chime feature that lets us know when the kids are coming and going. I never thought I would come to rely on this system so quickly. more

great job! 2/22/2011

Last summer we upgraded our alarm system with a digital system which was the best thing we ever did. Now we can even set the alarm system after we leave the house unlike the old system. We were very impressed with the installation team who were very professional and tidied up after their work was done....great job! Now I can recommend ADT Home Security. more
