Their security cameras I say are great! I had it for 2 months and even if it?s snowing outside, I didn?t encounter having visual clarity with the video. Nice! more

The two years I have been dealing with these people on a personal and business level has almost exhausted me. The different departments do not appear to communicate, so everything must be repeated over and over again. I gave notice on my contract within the first year, but I am stuck for several more yet. They reach a level that takes your breath away. more

I decided to switch to ADT alarms because my previous alarm system kept on acting up. I'm with this system for 5 months and no problems encountered yet. Good job! more

ADT Security system's technician was extremely knowledgeable. My existing panel was having a problem sending the signal when he installed the cellular unit. Thanks to his expertise he was able to indentify that the problem was merely a programming issue which he resolved and my system is operational 100%. more

I've had ADT for about 4 years. Never had any issues . . . even with Comcast Digital Voice. And yes, it's been tested! My issue was that they kept raising the price which was NOT justified. Costs aren't going up and I'm not getting any better equipment. In case anyone is curious, your contract probably does allow termination on price increases (mine did)-- although they did offer to waive the price increases once I told them I had signed up with someone else because I had had enough of their increases!! more

My brother had purchased an ADT system and he was happy about the deal so I checked their website. They seem to offer lot more ADT equipment then any other company in GTA,. I also had checked on BBB site and found that MHB Security has been in business for the last 10 years and has a highest A+ customer satisfaction rating. They had great reviews on internet by their previous customers so I called them and got their two-way wireless system. Their sales manager and their installer was very professional. The only problem was that appointment was not available the day I wanted, but it was available next day. I think they need to hire more people if they are very busy. Other then that, I am very happy that I got an ADT system with them. more
