My son told me that he was afraid when we first transfered in our new home, But when i called ADT for our alarm system, he now told me that he stay up all night playing without getting scared. more

My son told me that he was afraid when we first transfered in our new home, But when i called ADT for our alarm system, he now told me that he stay up all night playing without getting scared. more

Their security cameras are so user friendly. I did not find a hard time learning how the system works. Thank you ADT! more

Inferior Service 11/23/2010

I agree with the other low reviews on ADT's inferior service, but my main problem with them is that their system itself is ill designed and obsolete. I have had one of their systems in my house for many years and looking to throw it away and replace it with a better one. Anyone has a better recommendation for a wireless monitored home alarm system? more

ADt workers are great! 11/5/2010

Julio Duran, the technician assigned to install our alarm system was an absolute delight to work with. He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and worked in a timely and professional manner. He was very thorough in explaining our alarm system. I would highly recommend Julio and Top Safety Security Inc. on behalf of ADT alarm to anyone interested in installing a secruity system in their home or office. more

we switched 10/31/2010

We had ADT for 10 years. On August 14, 2008, a fire destroyed our house. While the ADT hourse alarm went off, our system never contacted Central Station (even though Central Station called the house five days prior to the fire to let us know that one door sensor was not working!), and thus the fire department was never called by ADT. ADT claims no liability. Update: Our house has been rebuilt and we switched to Guardian. more

ADT is a combination of quality, Security, and Affordability. It can be tailored to our specific needs, preferences and specifications. I think the system is excellent and it?s the best surveillance setup for the money. Finding a quality monitoring system for your home is not an easy task as there are so many options that are available in the market nowadays, and Im really impressed with the ADT products and its unique features. more
