My newly installed security cameras I can say is really worth it! They have a money-back guarantee and this is one of the reasons why I signed with ADT.

I received a call from one of the ADT sales reps. Not friendly at all and get this when he asked if I owned our home or rented...and I said rented he hung up on me...professional ...

I called them 12/9/2010

I know several people who had ADT Security. So I talked to them and asked about how they like the service and if I should go with ADT or not. After talking with them, I decided to call them and set up an appointment for someone to come to my house and have an evaluation as a start. more

My new ADT home alarm was installed yesterday. I wrote this review because the installer was amazing. He was like a lecturer discussing things about our system (which is good). He was humorous as well. Their service really is nice and I recommend you to call this company and have your house secured. more

I just had my ADT security cameras installed yesterday and so far I love it. The installation was quite fast and the installers were good and on time. I hope no problems would arise in the near future. more

working perfect 11/7/2010

We had an ADT alarm system installed last month. Installation was done well and the alarm service is working perfect. We love the chime feature that lets us know when the kids are coming and going. I never thought I would come to rely on this system so quickly. more

I don?t think that ADT home alarm systems should be Included in this list at all. They are more of a marketing company than Home security provider. I installed ADT home monitoring system after falling for the promises made by their representatives . They were really quick on Installation the device but after that came the real problems. more

I hate ADT! 10/26/2010

ADT Sucks. They have one thing down, collecting the monthly payment and making you sign a contract. Customer service is 1% out of 100%. The service department does not return calls. They promise things and do not follow through. If I did not care about my credit, I would stop paying them PERIOD and go to a competitor. Please think twice before you put yourself in this problem. They have a number of NO CONTRACT companies around that you can go with and when/if they suck you can just leave them. I have my 2 year mark on ADT for the cancellation date and they will never touch any of my 10 houses. more
