But more than the end result being outstanding, \r so was the entire process. \r \r Our salesperson, Rodger Berry, walked us through the entire process and helped \r to guide towards surface textures and colors that worked well with the overall \r color scheme of the surrounding area. His patience and professionalism made \r the choice of using Adam?s Pool Specialties any easy one. \r \r Once the sales process was completed and contracts signed, we were contacted \r by Barbara Hall. One of the problems that seems to be universal in the \r construction/remodeling industry is the lack of communication and follow-up. Not \r the case with Barbara. We received regular phone calls explaining where we \r remodel and when we could expect work crews to begin the \r various stages of the process.This communication have been hindered by forecast of rain\r during the remodel. He took my thoughts and made recommendations and design suggestions that resulted in a beautiful pool area. He provided over-and-above customer support for all my questions and apprehensions. The entire pool remodel was a smooth and pleasant experience… from the initial meeting, to dealing with the staff, and the crew. The entire staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. No matter how many times I called, they were never bothered; and they were always eager to make sure I was taken care of. The crew was professional and friendly. They worked fast and diligently through rain, mud, and a home-owner who took pictures during every phase of the remodel. They always cleaned up the construction area when they finished for the day. They were careful to take extra care of the surrounding plants and containers to make sure nothing was damaged. My original pool finish was plaster and I wanted to upgrade to pebble tec. After much research I decided on going with Adams Pool because they specialize in admin. pebble tec. My sales person was very professional and presented his bid with no pressure to accept. After some thought, we accepted and Im so glad that we did. My pool has never looked so good. infact it looks great!!!! The crews were very polite and professional and you could tell just from the process that they new what they were doing. My tahoe Blue w/sea shell pebble finish is incredible. I would highly recommend Adams for a new finish or even a newly built pool. And by the way, they have great customer service any problem they come out and fix. more

When we moved into our new home, the pool had some slightly cracking that the previous owners did not repair, so we were left to do it. Before filling the pool up with water once we bought the house from them, we hired this company to come and fill in the major cracks that were at the bottom of the pool (other than that the pool was excellent). They came and examined the cracks and came back the next day with the suppies to finish the job. The filling they used was excellent and blended perfectly with the pool's design. more
