I paid this guy to tint my windows based solely on the other positive reviews. Maybe I can save someone else from making the same mistake by sharing my experience. I called on May 30, 2014 to get a quote. His prices were good and he offered a lifetime warranty. I SPECIFICALLY asked him if that warranty covered bubbles and he said that it did. I made an appointment for that evening after work. I arrived on time to a closed shop. I called the number and was informed he was on his way back from mustang and would be there in 10 minutes. About 20 minutes later he and another guy show up. He was nice, helped me pick out my tint, and I waited about an hour while they worked on my car. Then, they insisted I pay cash. Since I didn't have cash on me, they followed me to an ATM so I could pay them. A few days later I called because some bubbles were present. I was told they should go away in a week or so. They did not. So a few weeks later I began trying to contact him again. This proved more difficult than before. Finally, after numerous attempts and 2 voicemails, he returned my call. I told him the bubbles were still there and I needed to bring it back so he could fix it. He said he would need to see it first. Fair enough. I made an appointment, but I knew I didn't want to go alone. No one could accompany me that day, so I immediately called back and cancelled the appt. I call several times to reschedule and got no call back. He finally returned my call and I made an appt for 8-4-14. My father goes with me to the appt, and this guy tells me he can fix the side windows, but nothing can be done about the back windshield without risk of damaging the rear defrosters. He says if I would have brought it back sooner he might could have fixed it but it's been so hot that it has baked on there. I told him I've been trying to get ahold of him and he wouldn't answer the phone. He says I cancelled several appointments. I said I did not and he said, and I quote, ""that's a lie."" He said he was going to prove it to me because they keep all of the phone records. He wouldn't even talk about my terrible tint job any more because he was intent on ""proving"" that I was lying. All his phone records would show is that I tried to call him for the last two months. He said something along the lines of ""I'm the one you dealt with. I know you missed at least 3 appts."" I did not...but even if I would have, what does that have to do with the lifetime warranty? Anyways, at this point he was entirely too unprofessional and belligerent I did not even want him to fix my car (not that he was willing anyways) so I requested a refund. I was told no. So I left and told him to watch the internet bc I would review the experience. He responded by giving me a thumbs up. When I got back to my office I checked my phone and I had a text from him saying the issues I had with my car tint were not covered under warranty but he would issue a partial refund to resolve the issue. I responded by saying I would need a full refund to call it good. He never responded. I know I have said a lot, but a picture is worth even more. Plus, since he claims I'm such a liar, I will let the pictures speak for themselves. They shows bubbles in the corners of the windows, the creases in the back, the copy of the useless window, and a copy of his texts stating my issues were not covered under warranty. I just thought his potential customers would want to actually see pics of his work, and that if they mess up on your vehicle like they did mine, it's not covered under warranty.\r
