Horrible experience. Two no call no shows from Art. 1st time was apparently a truck breakdown, but we only found out from calling him 3 hours later finding out where he was, and we were ok with that (but still bad service, he has a cell phone)
2nd was on the reschedule when we were told we would be a priority. I took a 1/2 day off work to be there. No call no show....after leaving a message with Art stating my displeasure on the lack of customer service to tell me he wasn't going to show up, I got a return phone call full of profanity and yelling at me because I was unhappy!!!
Nice job Art!! great customer service. Blame the customer because you can't be kind enough to notify them that you won't show up at all when they take time out of there busy day. My time isn't as important as yours??? Amazing you are still in business.
