I used Art when I first bought my home in late 2010. I set up an appointment for yesterday at 4pm wrote a check out for the amount he quoted and left it with my neighbor. So while I was at work and without calling me after I mentioned to call me if anything changes he arrives at 12:30 only to not remember where the cover was that he serviced before. He told my neighbor that he refuses to dig the dirt over the cover which is all but 2 inches and would charge me more for it. My neighbor was happy to simply call me to have have him talk to me but he refused and told him he had other places to be. After my return home only to notice nothing was done I called him only to get an answering machine and he has yet to reply back. How much extra would it cost to move two inches of dirt that you actually serviced before with no extra charge? The guy sux crap for a living but moving a pound of dirt is beneath him? Never again. Other people have gladly offered to take my business......good luck Art! more

He didn't like that I challenged him on why he was late and didn't have the courtey to call.\r \r Made me feel like it was my problem an didn't even apologize. I will never use again. My time is important too. Can't believe others have had this experience too. more

Find someone else....don't use this company 4/22/2011

Horrible experience. Two no call no shows from Art. 1st time was apparently a truck breakdown, but we only found out from calling him 3 hours later finding out where he was, and we were ok with that (but still bad service, he has a cell phone) 2nd was on the reschedule when we were told we would be a priority. I took a 1/2 day off work to be there. No call no show....after leaving a message with Art stating my displeasure on the lack of customer service to tell me he wasn't going to show up, I got a return phone call full of profanity and yelling at me because I was unhappy!!! Nice job Art!! great customer service. Blame the customer because you can't be kind enough to notify them that you won't show up at all when they take time out of there busy day. My time isn't as important as yours??? Amazing you are still in business. more
