We really like Mike. He is very customer oriented and makes an effort to know his customers. It was easy to move him into the category of a friend and not just a bug killer. Our dogs love him when he comes to the door as he is also a dog lover and always pets them. Mike does a great job with his pest control service and never is in a hurry to get done thus he does a complete and though job. Mike has set the standard and if for some reason he was not our guy, we would be very unhappy and you would promptly get a blistering complaint. more

I am so happy, happy, happy. Your guys did such a great job, and put a few unexpected extra touches to the job. I could be more pleased with the results. The bed installation on the east side of my driveway was superb. I was very concerned about a drainage pipe the bed was to cover, and the design of the bed incorporated the pipe and acts as a protective covering for it. Enrique was our technician who cleaned our filter and also did the brushings to complete our resurfacing and retiling. He was very polite and helpful about anything we asked about keeping the pool in good shape. more

Initial inspection and consultation. Once service is established, service is regular, quick and to the point. Billing is simple and payment can be given to technician. Also, service technician seems very knowledgeable. more

ABC built my pool, which was a headache in its self and had taken close to 7 months to complete. I should have seen red flags. I continued with them for pool service thinking who else could do a better job than the builder....wrong! I have been greatly disappointed with this company. Their care team at the home office completely lacks professionalism and general courtesy. They are argumentative and unwilling to timely resolve issues. I have had broken equipment for close to 3 months (under warranty), however a paid service they can make it out the next day. My pool is often dirty and unbalanced, inconsistent with their maintenance. Sometimes they will scrub and others they may or may not balance. It has been a constant battle and for being twice as much as other companies you would think trusting a Houston Icon would be a safe measure. I'm willing to admit I was wrong. I am greatly disappointed, frustrated, and hope I can spare others the irritation of calling sometimes 3 or 4 times a week to get them to come back out and fix something. From a green pool, to the spilled chemicals all over my patio, or the dead patches of yard from these chemicals. 3 years in I have stained flagstone, patchy yard, and hit or miss weekend in the pool... aka “our pond”... 1. I was given a 30 minute window (both times) as to when the technician would show up and Jake showed up within the time frame on both occasions; which means I wasn't left waiting. 2. Jake was knowledgeable and very polite. Excellent customer service. 3. Phone customer service was very good too. When I indicated my urgency (squirrel in the crawl space), the rep scheduled the service for the earliest date (weekend) possible. 4. I hope none of my friends/neighbors have an animal problem but if they do, I would definitely recommend you. more

I have had nothing but headaches since signing a contract with ABC for pool service. I was willing to pay more than the going rate in my neighborhood thinking that I would have less worries with a big company. Big mistake. One thing after the next. Either the regular guy doesn't show up, the new guy doesn't know where the key is, the next new guys LOSES the key, and the supervisor won't even apologize for the pathetic service and loads of frustration... My pool is currently green, the salt is below 1200 (e.g. not producing chlorine), and I have to pay extra for a new service to come get it back to 'stable.' I'm beyond upset with ABC. more
