ABC built my pool, which was a headache in its self and had taken close to 7 months to complete. I should have seen red flags. I continued with them for pool service thinking who else could do a better job than the builder....wrong! I have been greatly disappointed with this company. Their care team at the home office completely lacks professionalism and general courtesy. They are argumentative and unwilling to timely resolve issues. I have had broken equipment for close to 3 months (under warranty), however a paid service they can make it out the next day. My pool is often dirty and unbalanced, inconsistent with their maintenance. Sometimes they will scrub and others they may or may not balance. It has been a constant battle and for being twice as much as other companies you would think trusting a Houston Icon would be a safe measure. I'm willing to admit I was wrong. I am greatly disappointed, frustrated, and hope I can spare others the irritation of calling sometimes 3 or 4 times a week to get them to come back out and fix something. From a green pool, to the spilled chemicals all over my patio, or the dead patches of yard from these chemicals. 3 years in I have stained flagstone, patchy yard, and hit or miss weekend in the pool... aka “our pond”...
