I am a returning customer. They have always been very honest and given me a good estimate. My last experience, Howie over estimated by around 800 dollars. He payed me that 800 dollars back in a check, so I was able to send it to the person that I had the accident with. Howie is honest. It doesn't take forever to get your car back. more

ABC Collision has always been very honest, fair, and they do a good job. I am very happy with the way my car comes back. I have taken our last three cars to him. They have fixed mostly small dents as well as replaced a door. Howie is a nice person who does nice work, and we feal that we have always been treated very fairly. I would highly recommend them. I have been dealing with ABC for many years. They really are A1 Top QUALITY in collision automobile repair. They are honest and reliable and will not do less than a perfect job everytime.I have recommend their work for years and I still do. You can always look to save a few dollars by finding a cheaper place to repair your car but in the long run it isnt worth the quality of service and repair you get at ABC. more

I wouldn't go back to Howie if I wasn't totally satisfied! 11/14/2011

I can't say anything bad about Howie or ABC Collision. He really helped me out. Without him, I'd still be driving around with damaged parts that a previous shop had "fixed" my car with. Howie is trustworthy, honest and will not hesitate to tell his customers how it is. I have no complaints about the work he did for me. I'm always telling people to go see Howie and to let him know that Vince sent them! more

The Best service and repairs ever! 11/10/2011

My car was a hot mess after someone broke into it and ripped out the Eclipse navigation system . I took the car to Howie. from the moment I drove into that his shop, i felt that everything was going to be allright. Howie called the insurance, and did not stop until I was in an enterprise car on the way to pick up a rental. All arranged by Howie Horowitz in less that about two and a half hours. The repair job was seamless. unfortunately, as soon as the car was repaired strongly believe that the same person broke into it again. I again gave the car to Howie. This time he kept the car at his shop until I could figure out what I was going to do about the vehicle. He kept the vehicle at his shop. NO CHARGE!. Imagine that. I was so impressed, I took some of his business cards and gave them to my friends. (He does not know I did this)Needless to say that he will continue to have my business. (Hope I won't need it) I will recommend ABC to anyone without trepidation. BEST and most HONEST car repair service in Brooklyn. Maritza Horsham-Palmer more

ABC Collision was fantastic! They helped me with everything. They put the claim, fought with the insurance company for more money, and it wasn't even my insurance company they fought with, it was the person's who hit me. I was going to go with my insurance, but they advised me to go with the third party, so there was no deductible involved, and no charge against my insurance. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else if, God forbid, I need another body shop. more

Friendly, professional and honest shop! 8/17/2011

Howie always does a great job! I have had several experiences with ABC Collision due to people rear-ending me on three different occasions. Every time, Howie has handled it for me. He makes sure to get me new parts and even though the insurance pays for repairs, he has never seemed like the type to try to get more money out of his customers. He has always been upfront with me and gives me a fair estimate. He is a very honest and open person. I give him an A+! The only feedback I can think to give him is that I really wish he stayed open past 5pm during the week, so that working people could get in to see him too. I know he's a family man, but it would be nice if he could stay open until 7pm on weekdays, that would give people plenty of time after work to get over to his shop! Jacqueline Faulk more

The repairs were done well and in good time 8/1/2011

There were delays in the repairs due to issues with the Insurance company. I was informed about all issues and kept in the loop every step of the way. The car looks fantastic and seems to be running well. more
