Fillings, cleanings, and replacement of Crown 10/15/2013

I have been here several times and am always pleased with the greeting at the front desk, the fun personalitites of the staff and the wat they make you feel comfortable. I HATE the dentist but they have a way of making sure you are always comfortable and free of pain during your procedure. They have plently of things to watch or listen to on the tv as well which can help distract you! All in all I am always pleased with them!! more

Extraction Needed 7/25/2013

I needed and extraction done ASAP; the consult occurred and he was able to get me in the same day. Knowing it was going to be somewhat painful, he did a great job in no time and I am pain free less than 24hours later. I will be going back for my implant. Great job... more

AMAZING!! 5/14/2013

Today was I second time coming to abc123 and I have to say that my experience was amazing! The staff was very friendly and knew how to keep the younger patience calm and how to keep the older patience relaxed and entertained throughout the whole process! The doctor on staff is very friendly and funny! He knows what he's doing! If anyone ever asks me where to go I'm referring them to ABC123 dental! more

Very Pleasant Experience 5/10/2013

I like this dentist. He is thorough, explains things clearly, and has reasonable pricing. Although the waiting room is sparse, the exam areas are very comfortable and well appointed. They use the latest equipment and for the kids there are TV monitors on the ceiling easily viewed while the chair is reclined. Best of all, everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Recommend highly. more

I was in pain when I went, they were very nice and helpful, I used the coupon on their website for the xrays, they completely sat down with me and went over all the xrays, and what they could do, how much they charge, and how to pay, they then took out the one tooth that was giving me pain, used lots of shots to deaden the area, and pulled it really quickly...Only cost was 160.00 for all of this...Nice place, clean, and friendly receptionists...Dentist was a young nice guy... more

Was very pleased and surprised at how quick and efficent the entire staff was to me. Xray Tech was quick and thorough, loved the Dentist, Dr. Loy was very patient and explained everything. I am coming back to them to have all the work done that is needed. more

From the front desk to the back office, the staff was professional and caring. Dr. Pham did a great job and I am not an easy patient! I had a bit of a wait as they were quite busy, but they handled it well and it was worth the wait! more

First time, slow but thorough 1/17/2013

The waiting room was neat and clean, the front desk staff was polite. My appointment was an emergency due to tooth pain and I expected to get an extraction for a cavity. No cavity, just microscopic fissures from grinding that have likely damaged nerves. So, I had several xrays, a diagnosis, exam, and treatment plan. All for no charge. I am very pleased with the professional service I received. I am going back and I will recommend friends. more

I really liked this office, and am happy that I finally found a dental that I can trust and continue going to. Dr. Pham was great, and he answered all my questions and is knowledgeable. He was upfront when explaining my issues which is rare in this profession. I've gone to enough Dentists in my lifetime to pick out the good from the shady. Also, the AA's are great with scheduling, etc. and they are very nice. I was running really late and they still took me in. more

I was impressed that the practice has its fees posted on line. The office offered a lower price for the services I needed. The dentist and the technicians were first rate. They took time to explain what they were doing and were open and friendly. Their skills and attitudes were reassuring and I am very impressed. I've paid more and gotten a lot less from dentists. more
