I've gone to many auto repair shops in the past. From my experience, I can honestly say Aamco Transmissions in Pasadena has, hands down, the best service! Robert and his team are efficient, punctual, talented, and fair. \r \r The shop is located conveniently on Colorado Blvd. (which is close by to my work). I decided to stop by for an engine oil check and maintenance since my dashboard read ""Maintenance required"". Not only did the mechanics replace my oil, but they humbly treated me with a free checkup. Before I knew it, my car was on a lift!\r \r The mechanics gave me a full rundown of everything they checked. I had no idea my car was in so much need of servicing. \r \r The best part of my experience, other than the reasonable price, was that everything was done in a timely manner. No gimmicks or conning me out of my money. \r \r I highly recommend Aamco in Pasadena for any and all of your car needs!!! more

As I have been here before, my brakes were making noise and I felt comfortable taking my car to Aamco Pasadena...since I don't know much about cars, I was a little hesitant being that I didn't want to get ripped off but I did my research and visited a few places and I'm more than satisfied with my decision of choosing Aamco in Pasadena. I'm finally on Yelp so it's time I write my review on them...don't let some of the previous reviews fool you! \r \r I dropped my car off there and the owner, Sadu, gave me a ride to my work so they could diagnose my car in the mean time. A couple of hours later, I got a call from Aamco informing me on what was wrong with my car. I needed new front brakes so I authorized them to do the work as price was reasonable. \r \r My car was done and Sadu picked me up from my workplace. Once I got my car, the noise was gone and it was as good as new! They were very thorough with their vehicle assessment and did everything necessary to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and money. This is my go to place! I've already recommended many of my colleagues and nearby friends. more

Aamco is a well run business. They are flexible, efficient, and dependable. Once i broke down at the beach AAA towed me but dispach was able to access Aamco's lot, so my car would be safely stored and later, worked on. more

Great Place I got A deal thanks to rob I was driving thru pasadena when a loud noise started in my engine ,surprised and scared i drove it with the noise for a few blocks first place that i seen was ammco transmissions pulled up rob was in the office told him what was wrong in a few hours they gave me my car back with no noises thanks more

I live in pasadena an if you live in pasadena you all know there is a lot of over priced mechanics especially on walnut (shhhhh!!!!!!) I got worked over there on walnut, so what I'm trying to say is that i took my truck over to rob at ammco on allen & colorado they got me back on the road with out hurting my pockets. thanks rob & sadu more

if ever wanted something done right I do it my self but in this case my 66 ford was handled by rob an his team of mechanics that are AWSOME at what they do no bullshitting around straight honest workers I am very happy with there services for any car problems I take it to them thanks rob & sadu more

It's so wonderful to find a mechanic/shop that is both convenient, inexpensive and provides a realistic timeframe when a service is to be finished. You can actually plan your day around it; arrive on time and not be waiting for it. more
