I was so impressed with this guy's professionalism that I gave him my fleet business. I stumbled across this review looking for his email on line and felt I should put in my two cents. I wonder why the complainant didn't explain what service issue needed elementary and clear description, what was purchased, etc., and also wonder if the owner ""Craig"" was perceived by this person as treating him like he was a first grader was because in fact, he effectively is? That's not the Craig I know. This business will treat you with respect and honesty. All Techs are hired as grads from Joliet Community College as far as I know, so yes, I suppose that given the social habbits of our youth, some persnickety reviewer might use the word sleaze, though that might be a first grade descripion of any guy with a pony tail? It's the service and price we need.
Pros: Issues identified during service were noted on billing as possible service needs.
Cons: There are none. It's close to the mall so you can shop while the work is done.
