But it told him that you sold us and told us were purchasing a reinforced door. He then changed his tune and asked us to hold. And said no this is a reinforced door. He then asked my wife to describe the bottom of the door. And she described it perfectly it barred out about 2.5 inches around the frame. He then put us on hold. And asked for her to take a picture and text it to him. She did just that. And then he tried to make up answer why we have a standard door and paid for a reinforced door. By this time, he had been explaining to me for 45 minutes that we order a standard door and paid almost 2500 for two standard doors to be installed. By this time, I was very upset. I asked to speak to the manager and he explained he was the manager, So I asked the speaker to the owner. He told me the owner does not speak to customers. He was not letting me speak. So I had to speak up and over him just to ask a question. It turns out his company does not Sell and storm doors with kick plates at all. He admitted that he thought they did but he was incorrect. Buy this time I asked why these were just standard door and not reinforced. But he was upset that I was speaking over him. Again I asked to speak to the owner about being sold 2 standard doors and being lied to by him for the last 45 minutes. I continued to talk and he hung up on me.
A few minutes later I was able to get him on the phone again and he told me the owner will be calling me back personally. I requested for the call to come to the Home phone after 4:30 pm when I was available. I waited every day that week for a call. The call did not come that week. I have been emailing the company requesting a call back after 4:30 every week in July. I received no communication from AAA. But their email system does an auto-reply to all communications so I have receipts of them receiving these request. But still no word.
