My wife and I have been bringing our three vehicles to you for tires and service the past 3.5 years and I just want to say how pleased we have been with the level of service and treatment we have received from your highly competent staff. Every time a repair has been necessary, it has been throughly explained to us as to what is required and why. I have even shopped a couple of your estimated with your competitors and have been pleasantly surprised that you were actually less expensive. It is a relief to know that I can take my cars somewhere and know that the work will be performed correctly and I will not be ""ripped off"" The Continental tires you recommended for my wife's vehicle have been great. Please thank your staff for us and keep up the good work! more

What a great place! I started taking 5/30/2012

What a great place! I started taking my vehicles to The Tire Shop in 1993 when I moved to Leesburg. At the time I was driving a BMW 325is. The staff was very knowledgeable, price was right, and it was a fun place. Since moving from Leesburg back inside the beltway and two BMW's ago, The Tire Shop is the only place my cars go for any service. I trust them with my BMW 650i more than some of the dealers. Great-honest staff and owners, you can send your daughter here. more

delivered more than they promise 5/9/2012

These guys were fast and delivered more than they promise they could! As someone who has been into his share of tire shops mechanics oil change places... I just can't say enough how nice and polite every single one of them was! It was clear their business policy is to treat everyone like family (or better) The install and alignment was superb the car now drives better than when new (I replaced the OE tires with better Goodyear Eagle GTs) and the tech even came out to explain that I had ordered ""better than original"" tires and what I could expect in terms of handling and performance. They do have warnings posted about them not installed tires with lower speed ratings. For the customer whose manual did not explicity state waht the ratings were, I can see their frustration. As the original ratings on my OE tires were so low it was very easy to find tires that met or exceeded them so I did not encounter this issue more

Quick and friendly. 4/30/2012

Well I only had a couple of tires mounted and balanced, but I certainly can't complain about the service. They were quick and friendly. They even changed my dead blinker light for me (I had the bulb but could not for the life of me figure out how to do it...turns out the car needed to be jacked up). So my experience is limited but the friendliness and complimentary blinker change is getting them a good review and my return business. more

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for keeping my family and me safe out on the roads. I just recerntly had four experiences with distracted drivers that caused me to realize that if all aspects my car was not in top running order we would not have escaped unharmed. I am not a professional driver and I know that our Lord looks after old men like me but I also know that a car with good breaks, lights, sterring and all the rest also help. It is because of your great work that my car is in the condition it is. I know that it is your best interest to keep us safe so we keep coming back. I assure you that becayse of your quality of work we will be back. Thanks again for everything. more

I will not go anywhere else for my automotive needs. 5/16/2011

I have used the tire shop for all my automotive needs that were not under factory warrenty for well over 20 years. On several occasions when I went in for repairs/service, my vehicle was out of warranty, and I was told about a manufactuers recall; and was told I could save a lot of money if I went to a dealer - which I did. They did NOT have to do that. Another time I went in for service and was told that there needed to be extra time to fix something - which as it turned out was needed due to a prior repair. Guestt what NO CHARGE. I have sent well over 2 dozen friends to The Tire Shop, As far as I know ; ALL of them still take their vehicles there, and tell others. Several women were hesistant to go to an auto repair shop alone due to many stories as to women being charged for all kind of ""extras"" on the bill. None of them had a problem. One lady was quotes #1300 for the repairs which The Tire Shop did for just over $700. She made them several batches of cookies. Recently I purchased tires that gave SUB-PAR service. I got only 17,000 miles, Since I chose the tires I did NOT exprect any allowance. To my surprise they discounted the new tires for me. I will not go anywhere else for my automotive needs. Presently, having moved to WV I am an hour away for them and still go there for all my automotive service needs. more

I just wanted to say that your team was a big help to me recently, especially Andrew. I knew I needed tired and I had a few other maintenance items that needed attention. I was able to call Andrew in advance and go over the problems and talk about what type of tires would be best and fit into my budget. He found me a nice set of Firestones at a reasonable price and addressed the other issues we discussed. He identified the ""Death Wobble"" by my description. By the time I came in he had everything written up and was ready to go. He made it easy for me and the car is running great. Thanks! more

We've been bringing our vehicles to your shop for 8 years and will continue to do so as long as we live in the area. I send everyone I meet to your shop and tell them the story of the first time I cam there with a problem and was told nothing was wrong with my car.
