These guys were fast and delivered more than they promise they could! As someone who has been into his share of tire shops mechanics oil change places... I just can't say enough how nice and polite every single one of them was! It was clear their business policy is to treat everyone like family (or better) The install and alignment was superb the car now drives better than when new (I replaced the OE tires with better Goodyear Eagle GTs) and the tech even came out to explain that I had ordered ""better than original"" tires and what I could expect in terms of handling and performance. They do have warnings posted about them not installed tires with lower speed ratings. For the customer whose manual did not explicity state waht the ratings were, I can see their frustration. As the original ratings on my OE tires were so low it was very easy to find tires that met or exceeded them so I did not encounter this issue
