Late one Friday evening, we came home to a flooded basement due to a combination of sump pump and alarm failure. Our basement is completely finished to include a media room, kitchenette, office, full bath and several areas of storage; all of which were under some level of water. I phoned AAA Standard Services and within 45 minutes, a very professional team started their work of removing the water, drilling holes into the dry wall, setting up fans and dehumidifiers and removing our damaged carpeting and contents. This team worked tirelessly into the wee hours of morning without complaint. I cannot say enough positive comments about the Team Leader, the actual workers and individuals who followed up with monitoring the equipment. AAA Standard Services and their staff made a very difficult situation much easier to navigate and endure. I wouldn't hesitate to use this business again or refer them!
