Matt T. did a great job inspecting our electrical, then installing a surge protector for the breaker switch box. Company's charges do seem a bit expensive, and I was not expecting to have almost $350 worth of work done the day of my inspection. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the service. more

Beware of ""fixed pricing"" estimates and 1/16/2012

Beware of ""fixed pricing"" estimates and reviews that appear to be written by the company. AAA Plumbing uses a ""fixed pricing"" method to provide customers an estimate. I also read that AAA Plumbing has technicians that work on commission. Those two things combined create a situation where their rates are extremely high. In my case, the work was completed quickly and he did a good job. But in hindsight, I will go with an hourly rate company next time because the cost broke the bank. I will not use them again. more

AAA Plumbing solves drain problem and furnace check 11/9/2011

I have used AAA Plumbing and Heating several times in the past, and have always found them to be courteous, on time and respectful of my property. Ron G. did a follow up call on my drains and took care of the problem in a timely and professional manner. Ron S. came out to do my annual furnace check, and even called another tech to come and use a camera to ""scope"" the inside to ensure my furnace was ""A-OK""! Excellent customer service! Thank you AAA! You will have my business in the future! :) more

Outrageously Expensive 10/4/2011

This company is a complete disaster. Here's what you're in for: no quotes over the phone, you have to pay $50 to have a tech come out. The price to install a kitchen faucet that I already bought: $600. The price to repair a toilet: $500. The price to replace a toilet: $1000. Their techs work on commission, it is in their best interest to rip you off. Perhaps if they didn't spend so much money paying people to write fake reviews, their prices would be more reasonable. PLEASE READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! I WISH I DID!!! more

SO BAD, I NEVER EVEN GOT SERVICE 9/30/2011

I called to get electrial service on my new home. The first appointment had to be rescheduled and I told them the day they needed to reschedule was the absolute last day I could have them come in to service the home so that I can get electrical covered on my home warranty. So, what happens, they call late the night before and I don't find out until the morning of the appointment that they can't meet their obligation. Not only that, I was then told they don't do a second reschedule, but they told me I needed to find another company to help me instead! Outrageous! I have never had such horrible customer service that I don't even get to experience the actual service! Save the time and stress and look for another company now, they will be asking you to later anyway. more

Terrific service! 8/30/2011

Don't you always feel a bit skeptical about hiring a plumber or drain specialist to come to your home? That's how I felt until I called AAA Service this morning when my basement drain backed up - - again. Jason J. fixed the problem immediately without trying to sell me more services I couldn't afford. Later, Joel, came by to run his camera down my drain to be sure the problem had been solved, at no additional cost! Both Jason and Joel were very professional and personable. They took special care to keep my home clean as they worked. Hopefully, I won't need them to return any time soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call! Thanks, Jason and Joel! more

I am a landlord and I hate it when I have to spend my own money on houses I am renting. It is very nice to know that you can call a plumbing company who is honest, on time and have very good techs. You pay for what you get. You want it to last, be willing to spend a little more. Paul I.-----you rock. Very nice doing business with you and talking with you. more

On time-Very professional 6/22/2011

Technician, Darrell Begay, arrived on-time was very courteous and professional. Diagnosed problem and quickly (within 30 minutes) replaced broken parts and cooler is now working better than ever. Great Service- Friendly and on time 6/13/2011

I had looked at other companies to replace my two aging hot water heaters with one bigger unit. I chose AAA due to the fact that the plumber they sent over was very knowledgable and made me feel like he had a firm understanding of the total job. Others were quick to comment to anything for a cheaper up front price, but i had the feeling the price would have doubled before they were done with the project. Brian (AAA) gave me a complete breakdown of what to expect and he finished on time and at the agreeded upon price. Could I have found a ""cheaper"" price... yes, but sometimes you get what you pay for and I got first rate service and a solid new Hot Water tank with all the vents and connections done right. more

Pushy, snobby technician, charged a service call to tell us what it will cost us, not prepared to do the work upon arrival, pushing work that isn't necessary and the quote was way over priced. Boo. more

It is pathetic that AAA Plumbing is ""stuffing"" their reviews with bogus positive remarks. Click on the reviews and you will see that all of these ""customers"" are posting 5 star reviews for the same list of companies. And many are from California! Hmmm, I don't think AAA does service calls in CA. Then go check other websites that don't allow this ""stuffing"" and you will see honest reviews for AAA - not so good. So what does THAT tell you about the reputation of these guys? Pathetic. more

Giianee was fantastic. He found the simple problem right away and had it fixed in no time. He didn't try to drag things out so there would be a bigger fee. I was kept informed on when he would be arriving. Great service. The whole experience was good. Will be calling again if I ever need something. more
