Watch out! Not all experiences are good. AA made a MAJOR mistake while trying to install a furnace in my condo. Their worker triggered the fire sprinkler, and 1000’s of gallon...

Exceptional Service by Tim B. on my AC 8/16/2014

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Tim B. today!! He was incredibly honest, kind and professional. I truly felt he went the extra mile to make sure my AC was working correctly and never did I feel that he was trying to fix something that didn't need a repair! I felt very comfortable and confident in his expertise! He is fantastic!!! more

Great Service 8/12/2014

Our A/C went out over a weekend. AA Service offered to come out right away, but we waited until Monday. They called first thing Monday AM to schedule a time with us, and we understanding of our time constraints. Then Ted, the technician, called 15 minutes beforehand to tell us he was on his way. When Ted arrived he was polite and thorough. He did a full diagnosis of our AC and quoted me a fair price. As an extra bonus, be cleaned both our outdoor AC units free of charge. We will definitety use AA again! more

Jeff C. is very professional and goes above and beyond. He recently serviced our space pak which is accessed through a closet ceiling. When finished, he replaced all items without being asked! Previously he oversaw the complete replacement of our furnace. He's prompt, calls when he's on the way, is just a delight to work with. I highly recommend him!!! more

Service Call 6/16 6/20/2014

Joseph R. came to do our annual air conditioning maintenance. Our units are old and run down. Joseph was very honest and took extra time to explain to me the options we had to make repairs vs. getting a new unit. He explained the repairs necessary in detail and how more efficient systems would benefit us. He also took the time to explain to someone who knows nothing about HVAC how the systems work and some tips on how to get them to work more efficiently. Joseph was on time and very respectful of our home making sure everything was off/closed up before he left. Overall I had a great experience! more

Great service 5/28/2014

Kraig and Joe were great. Although I was just a regular maintenance call, they were professional, did a great job, explained various parts of the system to me, and went above and beyond to stay quiet while my daughter was napping (try servicing a blower with a sleeping baby in the room). more
