Watch out! Not all experiences are good. AA made a MAJOR mistake while trying to install a furnace in my condo. Their worker triggered the fire sprinkler, and 1000’s of gallon...

Our Upstairs furnace was not working. AA came out, diagnosed the problem, got the furnace running and replaced the necessary part. Petr G. was the technician. He was friendly and informative. Will continue using their service. more

Andy is incredible!!!!! 11/25/2018

Andy literally saved our house! We were out of town during thanksgiving and our furnace went out. Not only did he drive to Indiana on Saturday to get the needed part but he installed it at 1030 pm on Saturday night, AA Andy is incredible! more

Awesome service 10/25/2018

Wanted to thank Jason and Mario for fantastic service in installing and removing my old furnace unit today. Started at 8:00 or so this am and they finished at 1:30 or so. Perfect install and very polite and helpful. So thankful to have heat again after 2 weeks. This company rocks in customer service for its clients. Love them!!!!! Mark more

Petr has never left a job for us unfinished. He diligently looks for real answers to all of our heating and cooling issues. We are not easy to please and have many intricate systems working together flawlessly after all service calls. He is a master in his field. more

Tom T. excellent emergency service 8/15/2018

As Murphy's Law would have it, our thermostatic control failed last Saturday morning, in August with a projected high of 90 degrees. Tom was able to make it out within a couple of hours and only took 30 minutes to reset the wireless thermostat connection to the receiver. Very courteous and informative, he was another great example of excellent customer care from AA Service. (21-year customer) more

AA Service lives up to their name. Called with a problem and they sent a tech out the same day. Tim B was the best! Extremely thorough and patient, pursued the problem to find an answer and offered other suggestions along the way. Great job Tim! more
