Watch out! Not all experiences are good. AA made a MAJOR mistake while trying to install a furnace in my condo. Their worker triggered the fire sprinkler, and 1000’s of gallon...

Furnace Checkup service 10/15/2015

AA Service Heating and Cooling provides good value and good service. My technician Alex M was knowledgeable, polite and neat when checking 2 furnaces in my house. The company called to tell me the technician was running late and gave me his direct phone number in case I needed to contact him directly. They also called the day in advance to confirm. I would definitely recommend this company more

Service on my AC Unit 8/17/2015

Petr G came to my house, extremely knowledgeable. Diagnosed my problem with both of my AC units in minutes. Had the problem solved in less than an hour, gave me great corrective action advice. This guy ROCKS!!!! more

Great Service 7/1/2015

I have been doing business with AA service (under different names) for over 17 years. I prepay for them to come out twice a year to get ready for heat in the winter and A/C for the summer. Today Scott came out and he was very polite, cleaned up, explained everything he was doing and was very professional. Scott represents his company well. more

Excellent Service 6/10/2015

I had another company come in to trouble shoot my AC problem, they spent 3.5 hours trying to figure it out, charged me $485.00 and then told me I needed a whole new unit. I decided to get AA Service to come out for a 2nd opinion. Jeff C was able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes, the charge was $85 and all that was needed was the replacements of 2 motors. Jeff C was knowledgeable and professional. I greatly appreciated the honesty. more

this was first time lance p serviced our air c units. he did a very complete cleaning and service of both are units. was glad he is the one who checked over system. he is the one who will be doing a follow up of a problem found so i know he will be on top of fixing the problem correctly more
