Repair was great. Guys are always great. Only disappointment is that they have used my personal vehicle for P/U and delivery on last two visits. Feel they should use shop vehicle, not the owners vehicle for this service. more

Friendliness and efficiency 10/23/2015

I went to have my car get regular maintenance as well as getting it ready for in state registration. I was given the option of either wait in the lounge or we give me a ride home and was told we can pick you up at your convenience. It is nice to have options that meet you needs. Service was done in 30 minutes. more

Good work 9/21/2015

The folks at A1 got me in and out on a tight time frame. It was ready when promised. The price was more than I was prepared for, but they did go above and beyond to correct a problem that was not their fault. They stayed after hours to get me back on the road. Very much appreciated!!! Also, as they knew I was short of money, they did not charge me for the after hour work. I'd say good people, and honest. The service manager John is very, very knowledgable, as is the owner Ed. They are personable and very human. It was worth what I thought were higher prices. But on reconsideration, I'd rather pay a bit more for experts than less for mediocrity. more

Friendly and knowledgeable 9/19/2015

John Creacy provided an accurate diagnosis of the mechanical problems with my dodge ram truck. He was informative about what it will take to fix all issues. His estimate and time were right on target. Overall he deliver on time. This is a very nice car service shop to take your vehicle for repairs because it has a family friendly atmosphere. more

Honest staff and owner 8/31/2015

I took my car in for an 800. repair.Was told it was pointless to do so as I also had a cracked block. There are shops out there that would have gladly taken the 800. anyway. Thanks Eddy more
