Horrible job by installers, cut out my drywall because they couldn't cut it to fit, although they came out and measured, chipped a corner of the granite and ruined my drywall, cut the sink too big you can see light from underneath. Don't even bother , they don't check on your satisfaction. . more

Don't even bother. Very, very displeased with the customer service. Uneven edges in my granite were 'hidden' behind the sink, which was not only obvious at a glance, but we also overheard the install workers saying that 'it would be fine and unnoticed'. Very bad, infuriating experience with an unskilled company with the most rude ownership imaginable, and I felt belittled for my 'lack of knowledge of counter tops and support'. I have my Bachelors in Engineering, so believe it or not, A1 Granite, I am very aware of how a simple counter is installed and supported.The only good review for this company was from a google user called 'A1 Granite Man'. Which is a clear conflict of interest, and obviously one that was reported.The plus that I will give this company is that they referred us to a carpenter (not affiliated with A1) to install brackets for the granite, and he has been absolutely wonderful, so we had him finish out other projects in the kitchen. more

If you looked here for a review before hiring them, please know that the only positive reviews came from her daughter, who is an employee. I also worked there for 6 months and was witness to the owners awful treatment of most people (after she gets your money). It is a shame because they do wonderful work! more

Owner needs to be customer friendly. She is rude and inconsiderate. Kids are nice, but hope to God you never have to speak to the owner, Sheri! Once she has your money you are toast! more

WORST PLACE EVER!!! The employees were so rude and act like they are the only place in town to buy granite. Completely pathetic to even call this place a business. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to shop. There are other companies with excellent prices to do business with. After a horrible experience with them, I went down the road and actually found better prices with higher quality granite. Tip for the day: DON'T USE THEM! I've even heard from local homebuilders and developers that A1 has this reputation. more

Best place in town! 4/3/2012

I love the experience I had with A1 Graniteman, I know nothing about the counter top business and they made me feel right at home. They are very knowledgeable and helped me understand the options I had. I ended up purchasing a table and kitchen counter tops, and I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone there was very nice and polite.They do beautiful work and I am very happy. more

Outstanding Customer service & quality work. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Their knowledge in the granite world is the best. My counter tops and kitchen table are beautiful. Not worth it 11/21/2011

I remember when I first left this business, I was so excited because they were much cheaper than other estimates. I'm kicking myself now. My experience with A-1 Granite Man has been very negative. They have horrible customer service, are rude to customers, and become defensive when you try to get what you paid for. I'm still trying to get them to call me back over an overdue check. I will probably have to go camp out in the lobby or take them to small claims court to finally get the money I am owed. I highly recommend you choose a different company, no matter the price may be a bit higher. more
